  1. It’s looking more and more like this is the case. I setup a live boot instance of Ubuntu on a USB key and had the server run with that. The reboots persisted. It’s possible the CPU or Motherboard are finally giving up after a decade+ of running 24/7. Looks like I’ll have to start spec’ing out a more modern build.
  2. I did. It restarted several times with both sticks in individually. I ordered two new sticks which will arrive tomorrow. Also, I backed up my flash drive and restored it to another USB. I booted the server with that new usb and watched the uptime, it still restarted a few times before I powered it down again. I'm at a loss.
  3. So the RAM tests all passed. I swapped out the PSU today and it rebooted again after about just over an hour of uptime. Any advice on what I should look at next? Will the diagnostic logs be able to pinpoint what is happening? One other thing of note is that the server name (under settings/Identification) keeps reverting to 'Tower' even though I've had it changed for years. Each time I change it back it randomly switches back to the default name. Thanks.
  4. Thank you. If I find that the system reboots while memtest is running is that further indication that a bad PSU is likely the culprit?
  5. Hi All, What has been a pretty stable system for me for the past decade+ is starting to have some issues. It keeps randomly rebooting and lately the frequency of reboots has increased. I'm not sure what is happening and have finally beaten down enough to create a post here and ask for help. I'm hoping someone can review my diagnostic file and let me know if you see anything that pops out as to what might be causing the reboots. It started while I was 6.11.5 and I upgraded to 6.12.10 a few weeks ago to see if that would help things but it has not. I am using some WD WDC_WD30EFRX and Seagate ST4000VN008 disks with a single Parity. Nothing special with my setup, no add-on cards either. I had a USB drive failure about half a year or so ago and after replacing the USB it was smooth sailing until this past month or so. I hope something glaringly obvious can be found in the diagnostics that I just can't catch myself. Thank you very much for any help! watchtower-diagnostics-20240730-2040.zip
  6. Just wanted to chime and say thank you to all who have been discussing the recently issues with PIA VPN and Deluge. I noticed today that my Sonarr+Deluge setup had not been working for a couple weeks (I ran out of new content to watch in Plex). After reading around 15 pages of posts on this matter here, I was able to try a dozen different variables within Deluge and my PIA OpenVPN files until one combo finally worked. I reused my old ca-toronto OVPN file with new versions of the PEM/Cert files and disabled port forwarding in the Deluge config. That was the magic solution that worked for me. I also learned about Jackett today and got that implemented within minutes. Thank you again to everyone who posted info about this issue. It was much appreciated!
  7. Similar experience for me as well. It’s been running fine for well over a year now and all of a sudden in the last several weeks it’s been failing all around. Sonarr complains that it can’t reach any indexer, Deluge or even ping test to sonarr.tv. I can’t seem to determine what caused this. Nothing has changed on my network for some time now. Did you ever resolve it?
