  1. Thanks , I tried that and still the 10G nic does not show in the UNRAID interface.. I CAN connect the 10G NIC to VM's and it works fine. Not sure why unraid OS refuses to acknowledge the 10G nics..?
  2. diagnostics, Thanks boeingb36-diagnostics-20230619-1816.zip
  3. UNRAID Unraid 6.12.0 Intel X520-DA2 10Gigabit Replaced a 4 port Gigabit card with a dual 10GB card. I removed all references in Dockers and VMs, before swapping the cards. UNRAID refuses to see or list the NIC's under networking. Yet, I can "bind" the new 10GB NIC's to VM's and it works fine. Just ONLY one VM takes advantage of the 10G internet/LAN. How does one get UNRAID to "see" and use a new NIC?
  4. I had an UNRAID server at a clients that crashed EVERY night or ~16hrs. New RAM, replaced PS, updated the OS, disabled almost everything. It had one bad failing HDD, I kept putting off replacing that failing drive. I wanted to fix the constant crashing first. I replaced the failing drive, and it has NEVER crashed sense. I honestly wouldn't have thought a bad drive would cause it. But it did. Not saying that is your issue, just saying to check the drives.
  5. 1. The UNRAID interface is glitchy. When clicking on any item, it takes 10 to 50 seconds to open or it'll just time out, then open. The "dashboard" with live CPU load graphs, gets jerky. It'll stop for a few seconds, then very quickly flash refresh all the past movements. Basically the web interface is lagging. 2. SMB access seems to act the same way. When clicking on a "share" it takes ~20 to 60 seconds or just times out. Even on shares that live totally on NVMe cache. The SMB timing out affects my service. I have hundreds of client systems that access a share via a web app. A client side program sends data via HTTPS to an UNRAID SMB share. When the server takes too long to respond, the client side program fails. As it "feels" like it can't access the data, timeout error. The issue seems to be recent. It happens after a clean boot with almost everything OFF ( dockers / VM's / Plug ins ), AND when normal operations with VM's, Dockers and plugins ON. System has dual XEON CPUS, 256 GB RAM, ~100TB of storage between 18 spinners, 3 cache pools using SATA SSDs & NVMe drives, 10GB internet.
  6. Thanks, I finally got it to work. I had a bunch of customer computer in shop. I just used one at a time till installer worked. I may have downloaded it fresh too. I'm gonna guess its not a common problem.
  7. Trying USB installer on 4 different computers Windows 10 Windows 10 Windows 7 Server 2019 Tried 68 different USB sticks, between 4 GB to 64GB, most NEW. Not once will the UnRAID USB installer see any USB stick, NOT ONE STICK. So, I try manual install. The BATCH file to make bootable fails on MBR, on over 50 different USB sticks. I have spent WAY more than 15 min trying to do a 15 min job.... What must one do to get install on USB?
