Due to a bad Gcfi outlet. I had at least unclean shutdown and now it is not booting. Seems to get hung up in a couple of places. See pics. Not sure where to go next.

reseated everything. It was embarrassingly dusty. Like I had to take a step back when I blew the compressed air on it. I periodically clean it, but we had some construction recently which could have exasperated it. Should I try to reassign the drives? Or would you like another diagnostic?

I guess that is what I was afraid to do. Should I start the array without those disks mounted? It should just emulate the data right? If I mount them, it will "override the data".

Hello all. Long story short. Had slight power issue this morning. 2 drives in error state. Restarted array and now they are recognized as new devices. I have dual parity. If I add them back to the array, it says all data will be overridden. If I start the array will the old data be written back to the drives? Or will they be blank and I lose that data?

Figured it out. Motherboard lost settings during the loss of electricity. Had to turn IOMMU back on in bios. Looks like it's time to purchase another motherboard battery.

Basically what the title says. Windows 11 VM in unraid 7.2.3 Been running fine for months. Backstory. We have been having renovations done to the house. Electrician came in unexpectedly and turned power off to the house resulting in an unclean shutdown. Now the VM will not start. I get this error "unsupported configuration: VFIO PCI device assignment is not supported by the host" I noticed that in the settings, it no longer sees the graphics card. However, I don't think this is the root of the problem as it won't start with a virtual graphics card either. Any advice? Thank you!

That was it! Didn't think to look there. It settings must have reset when the power went out.

Follow up. When I try to start the VM on my desktop, I get this error: internal error: Invalid device 0000:41:00.0 iommu_group file /sys/bus/pci/devices/0000:41:00.0/iommu_group is not a symlink When I go to Tools->System Devices it says no IOMMU Groups available??

Hi all. To sum up. We had a power outage last night. I have a UPS and server seemed to have performed a clean shutdown as it should. However my windows 10 VM will not start. Previously I had a GPU assigned to it and now none is. When I edit the VM the GPU is not available. I presume this is part of the problem but I have no idea where to start. It’s been years since I set it up. Thank you!

When trying to upgrade, I get: boot device shows 556597248 free but upgrade needs 828638589 I assume I need to either clear up some space or get a new flash drive. Is there anything on the flash drive that is safe to delete prior to upgrade? There is a "previous" folder. I assume this is an old backup? Can I delete the contents of this folder? Thank you.

Is this as simple as selecting "edit", updating the repository, and pulling down the new container?

So I'm getting the windows security error. I added a user in Unraid as suggested in the release notes. However, when I try to connect to my shares, I get the error message "the user can't sign in because this account is currently disabled".
