  1. I didn't mean to criticize other people's work, indeed your work as developers is certainly very useful for the community. Don't get the wrong idea. I'm not a pro-user, so to me, they are not user friendly as other systems. That's it 😇
  2. I mean a built-in with in Unraid iSCSI manager, accessible through the GUI (like truenas, QNAP, and others commercial products) developed and with full support from LimeTech. Like NFS share and SMB share 🙂
  3. Whislist for 2023 - built-in Cloud Services client (instead of rclone) - AMD GPU support for passtrought - native iSCSI - native ZFS
  4. Hi guys, I'm a UnRaid "new fresh user" after a long time spent on search and read this forum, finally I found this thread. I tried the solution with windows VM, for Google Backup. Now the point is Google is not "happy" with network folders (in my case, sheared from UnRaid array). I can use only a local folder inside the VM) Any suggestion to solve this issue? Did anyone had the same problem? Many thanks.

First of all thanks for your support. I tried, the iscsi feature in other systems(truenas), as well as FileIO. The data write into the FileIO was cached in system RAM to increse the data trasnfer speed, and than copied to FiloIO inside the disks. Since Unraid has a cache pool, my question was if is possible to do the same proces: data write to cache pool(instead of RAM) and then moved to FileIO. thanks

Thank you very much, after complete the ACL with the IQN(of windows pc) it works perfectly. One more question, my unraid has a cache pool, is possible to use this pool, for caching write to iSCSI File IO? This is my folders, inside "iscsi" i put my FileIO Volume and "write back" option is enabled. Many thanks

Hi All!! i've installed the iscsi plugin, in order to create a iscsi target for a windows machine. Unfortunatelly on windows i have the server status as "inactive", i tried in several ways but all was not good.
