    Hi! Did you ever figure this out? I am trying to create a post processing script and Plex just ignores it. I wrote a dvr_remux.sh script to use ffmpeg to remux .ts to .mp4 and it works when I run it manually against recorded .ts files.

    +1 for the duplicate streams issue. I have 1 server selected. I did recently rebuild my server, so Idk if that has anything to do with it? Switching to my remote option fixed it. Local IP shows duplicate. Switching to the last option also shows duplicate.
