FolderView Plus 2026.03.30.18 - Accent Color, Docker Hydration Fixes, Update Status Fixes, and Click-Trigger Context Popup FixFolderView Plus 2026.03.30.18 is now live on main. This release rolls up the latest dev fixes and features into a stable build, with a heavy focus on Docker runtime cleanup, collapsed update-state accuracy, folder row alignment, and the new per-folder accent color feature. Please clear your cache on all pages if you don't see changes with "Ctrl+Shift+F5" !New FeatureAdded optional per-folder Accent color support. Accent colors now work across Docker folders, VM folders, Dashboard cards, and the folder editor live preview. Accent color defaults can flow through smart defaults and templates. The folder editor now uses a cleaner, consolidated Accent card with live swatch preview. Docker Runtime FixesRemoved the extra Docker reload cycle during deferred runtime hydration. Preview actions and tooltip payloads now update in place instead of forcing another visible reload. Runtime info reads now use the no-cache helper path, so fresh state and WebUI metadata stay in sync. Collapsed Docker folders and root folders now rebuild and update state from hydrated runtime data correctly. Update ready now survives lightweight and full hydration instead of dropping back to up-to-date. Click-trigger advanced preview context popups no longer open on the first hover. Folder Row Layout FixesReworked Docker and VM Application-column folder-row centering. Folder rows now stay vertically centered and left-aligned without oversized heights or distorted column layout. Fixed Docker bottom-margin drift. Included the matching VM host-margin correction. Folder Actions and PinningDocker and VM pin quick actions now stay in place after saves. Pref reads are cache-busted, so stale data does not immediately revert the pinned state. Restored Dashboard Docker Restart. Fixed dashboard and VM folder-action error paths so they do not trigger a second reload after an error occurs. Folder Editor FixesAccent live-preview swatches no longer break editor bootstrap or hydration.

I’ll look into this further and provide fixes. Yes you should be able to have containers automatically move into your designated folders with rules in the folder editor or in the advanced configuration of the settings.

Appdata Cleanup Plus - Pre-CA-store ReleaseAppdata Cleanup Plus is an Unraid plugin for finding orphaned appdata folders left behind by removed Docker containers, then letting you review them safely before doing anything destructive. This is the pre-CA-store release thread for testing, feedback, and support. Image What it does- Scans saved Docker templates and current container mappings - Finds orphaned appdata paths that no longer match installed containers - Shows folder size, last updated time, and why a path was flagged - Lets you ignore paths you never want surfaced again - Supports dry run before any real action - Uses quarantine as the default real action - Supports permanent delete only when explicitly enabled Safety model- Dry run previews the current action without changing files - Quarantine is the default real action - Outside-share cleanup stays locked unless you enable it - Permanent delete stays locked unless you enable it - Actions run from a server-side snapshot, not client-posted paths - CSRF validation and server-side path checks are enforced - Share roots, mount points, symlinks, and unsafe targets are blocked Requirements- Unraid 7.0.0+ - Docker templates present in /boot/config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user/ Current status- Pre-CA-store release - Looking for testing feedback on scan accuracy, theme behavior, and safety flow - Main goal is making cleanup safer and easier to review before anything destructive happens Feedback that is especially useful- False positives or missed orphaned folders - Theme/layout issues on Black, Azure, Gray, or White - Quarantine and dry run workflow feedback - Any path that you think should have been blocked but was offered Project links- GitHub repo: https://github.com/alexphillips-dev/Appdata-Cleanup-Plus - Issues: https://github.com/alexphillips-dev/Appdata-Cleanup-Plus/issues

Title: FolderView Plus 2026.03.26.47 - Compose Manager Compatibility, Load Fixes, and Legacy Editor RepairsFolderView Plus 2026.03.26.47 is now live on main. This release rolls up everything fixed since the last main release. 2026.03.26.21. The biggest issue addressed in this update is Docker page compatibility when Compose Manager is also installed. Some users could end up with FolderView Plus not loading at all on the Docker page because of a runtime collision with the Compose plugin. If you were seeing Docker page load failures or errors like Identifier 'escapeHtml' has already been declaredThat path has now been fixed. Highlights- Fixed FolderView Plus failing to load on the Docker page when Compose Manager is installed alongside it. - Isolated the Docker runtime to prevent shared-page symbol collisions with other plugins. - Moved runtime error banners to the top of the Docker/VM pages so failures are visible immediately instead of being buried under other plugin content. - Added much stronger diagnostics so Docker, VMs, Settings, and the Folder Editor now surface actionable, copyable error details instead of failing silently. Everything included since 2026.03.26.21- Fixed Docker page load failures caused by Compose Manager/runtime collisions. - Fixed Docker and VM page bootstrap/request/render failures by adding top-of-page runtime diagnostics banners. - Added server-side runtime preflight checks for: - missing host dependencies - Docker/libvirt availability problems - host-page DOM drift - custom override interference - unsupported environmental conditions - Improved Settings diagnostics so degraded bootstraps now identify the affected area instead of only showing a generic degraded message. - Fixed Docker read_info failures caused by empty or broken template scan paths, so Settings no longer degrade when Unraid template indexing misbehaves. - Improved Docker page load speed by rendering a lighter first paint, deferring heavier hydration work, chunking render work, and reducing startup overhead. - Improved folder editor save responsiveness by moving Docker order sync off the blocking submit path. - Restored and hardened page-level Docker/VM Add Folder actions. - Restored folder edit click handlers after runtime isolation changes. - Added a Settings-side Folder Editor Diagnostics panel so edit launch/bootstrap mismatches can be copied and reviewed directly. - Added a dedicated top bootstrap diagnostics banner to the legacy folder editor. - Fixed legacy folder editor target detection and recovery across: - query/hash fallback - storage/cookie/window-name bootstrap - reused xmenu tabs - shared editor prefill recovery - Fixed legacy editor hydration ordering so saved folder data loads before member inventory. - Fixed multiple legacy editor bootstrap crashes, including failures involving: - getIncludedMemberNames - updateForm - updateRegex - resolvedEditFolder - Fixed legacy helper initialization order for regex/icon/hydration paths so editing existing folders works again. - Removed the large FolderView Plus popup panel that could appear when clicking Docker containers in folder previews. - Fixed runtime dropdown/context menus so dark themes use the correct themed menu styling instead of light menu chrome. - Improved runtime/folder editor diagnostics and support output so future issue reports are easier to trace. - Expanded regression coverage across: - browser smoke coverage - runtime architecture guards - popup-removal contracts - legacy editor bootstrap routing - release/publish validation - diagnostics and preflight paths If you were previously affected by Docker page load failures, Compose Manager conflicts, or the broken legacy editor, this is the update to test. If anything still looks off, post diagnostics or send them over, and I can trace the remaining path quickly.

[Plugin] FolderView Plus
Looking For DEV Branch TestersI’m looking for a few people willing to help test the dev branch of FolderView Plus on different Unraid versions and setups. Most of the current work is focused on troubleshooting edge cases, theme compatibility, runtime/bootstrap issues, and making sure the plugin behaves consistently across different environments. I can only test on a limited number of systems myself, so having a few extra testers on different Unraid versions, hardware, browsers, and plugin combinations would help a lot. What I’m mainly looking for help with: Testing the dev branch on different Unraid versions Reporting issues with Docker, VMs, Dashboard, and Settings pages Helping identify environment-specific problems Verifying fixes before they move to main Sharing diagnostics when something fails so I can trace it faster If you’re comfortable running test builds and helping with troubleshooting, I’d appreciate the help! If you’re interested, please send me a DM.

FolderView Plus 2026.03.26.17 - Bug FixesFolderView Plus 2026.03.26.17 is now live on main. This release rolls up everything fixed and stabilized since the last main release, 2026.03.25.31, with a heavy focus on the new folder editor, theme compatibility, and UI reliability. Please clear your cache on all pages with Ctrl+Shift+F5 What’s included in this releaseThe new modern folder editor was rolled out and stabilized with grouped sections, live preview, improved icon handling, and stronger runtime/bootstrap wiring. Fixed the modern editor boot path so it no longer flashes the wrong shell, starts too early, or breaks when opening folders in reused xmenu windows. Fixed multiple editor bootstrap and hydration failures, including missing helper/module load order issues and save-path failures like the securePost null error. Fixed member/container/VM reordering so the live preview now updates correctly and stays in sync before save. Fixed the Preview, Status, and Actions tabs so settings cards keep the right order, spacing, sizing, and grouping. Fixed inherited/default notices in the editor by removing duplicate global indicators and replacing the oversized gray control with a smaller blue notice. Increased folder editor field/input sizes so values are easier to read and edit. Restored proper orange heading/title accents in darker themes. Extended the orange outline treatment across the folder editor so both light and dark themes stay visually consistent. Fixed the Members section styling in the new editor so it no longer renders as a flat gray block on light themes. Fixed white/light-theme readability on the plugin settings page, including nested folder text, breadcrumbs, metadata, empty status chips, and empty alert chips. Fixed Azure theme detection so it follows the real page brightness instead of being forced into the dark editor path. Cleaned up the basic settings action buttons so the normal row actions are unboxed, while the trailing ... action stays distinct. Removed the boxed action rail chrome from dashboard widget actions. Tightened settings search/dropdown hover behavior and cleaned up some preview centering/layout details. Quality and regression coverageAdded stronger folder editor settings-contract coverage so schema, page controls, and save/load paths stay aligned. Added real browser smoke coverage for editor interactions like reorder, preview sync, save, defaults/revert, and custom action flows. Expanded theme/runtime guards for light, dark, white, black, and Azure theme handling. Added remote publish validation so the live .plg, archive, and checksum are checked after release. Tightened release automation and regression guards to catch note drift and packaging issues earlier. Images:White: Black: Azure: Gray: Please test it and let me know if you find anything off, especially in the modern folder editor, light themes, Azure, and the basic settings tables.

[Plugin] FolderView Plus
FolderView Plus 2026.03.25.03 | Feature and Quality of Life UpdateThis is the latest main release and it rolls up everything since the previous stable release. The biggest focus in this cycle was the new folder editor for Docker and VMs, along with a large amount of polish, parity work, cache/update hardening, and bug fixing. Major New Feature: Modern Folder EditorThe biggest addition in this release is a new modern folder editor for both Docker and VMs. What’s included: - new sectioned editor layout instead of the old long flat form - live folder preview that updates while editing - redesigned General, Preview, Chevron, Status, Rules, Actions, and Members sections - modern sticky action controls - cleaner visual grouping and more compact field layout - shared editor parity between Docker and VM folders You can also choose between: - Modern folder editor - Legacy folder editor That toggle is available in Settings and is saved separately for Docker and VMs, so users can stay on the old editor if they prefer. New Preview can be disabled in Settings > FolderView Plus > Sort mode and view settings > "Use new folder settings page". This will revert to the old view. Folder Editor ImprovementsA large amount of work went into making the new editor actually usable and stable instead of just visually different. This includes: - existing-folder hydration fixes so editing a saved folder loads the real saved values - modern editor now uses the stable legacy runtime/save path underneath, so the new UI behaves correctly without breaking saves - improved layout and spacing across all major sections - compact field sizing and better module alignment - improved Basic/Advanced mode controls - cleaned up dialog theming and layout for custom actions - improved reset behavior for border, chevron, and status controls - cleaner validation/info banners - removed the unnecessary pending-changes panel from the new UI - removed the regex-empty warning recommendation - changed the no-members warning into a blue info banner - improved VM parity so Docker and VM folder editing behave the same way Live Preview ImprovementsThe live preview in the modern editor got a full pass and now behaves much closer to the real runtime rows. Improvements include: - live preview now renders properly instead of getting stuck waiting for folder data - chevron style and color changes now update live - preview border resets now update the live preview immediately - chevron resets now update the live preview immediately - live chevron placement now matches the real row more closely - live preview member containers are aligned better and sized closer to the real view - preview spacing and border padding were refined - nested-folder preview border behavior was fixed - VM preview border behavior was aligned with Docker New Chevron StylesIn addition to Minimal and Boxed, the folder editor now supports more chevron styles: - Ghost - Pill - Filled These are available in the editor and now render in both the live preview and the actual Docker/VM folder rows. Docker / VM Runtime FixesThere were also a number of runtime fixes outside the editor itself. Included in this release: - fixed a Docker advanced preview context issue where click mode could open both the native Unraid container details and the FolderView Plus action sheet at the same time - aligned VM preview rendering with the Docker preview contract - fixed preview border handling for VM rows - fixed multiple Docker/VM preview layout regressions that happened during editor/live-preview work - restored and hardened legacy editor flows while the modern editor was being introduced - improved editor routing from Docker, VMs, and Dashboard into the correct folder editor mode Cache / Update ReliabilityThis cycle also included update/cache hardening so new builds are more likely to show up correctly without manual cache clearing. Changes include: - no-cache headers on plugin pages - no-cache meta tags on plugin pages - auto-reload version sentinel for plugin pages when the installed plugin version changes - extra no-cache coverage on remaining live GET endpoints like version/order reads - regression guards to ensure future plugin pages don’t miss the no-cache contract That should improve the “updated plugin but stale page shell” problem significantly. Quality / Guard ImprovementsA lot of maintenance work happened in the background as well: - stronger regression coverage for Docker/VM editor parity - stronger browser/bootstrap/runtime coverage - stronger security/no-cache checks - stricter release and dead-code guard coverage - dead selector cleanup so strict GitHub quality/release checks pass cleanly - continued release pipeline hardening If you test this release, the main things worth checking are:1. Docker modern editor 2. VM modern editor 3. legacy editor toggle persistence 4. live preview behavior 5. chevron styles and resets 6. preview borders on Docker/VM/nested folders

I did a backend maintenance release because I'm in the process of breaking down the code into modules and adding better GUI error handling. It worked fine for me before merging main but let me troubleshoot what is going on, could be a Firefox specific issue. You can also try doing a Ctrl+Shift+F5 to refresh and clear cache to see if the message is still there. Next release has updates so cache will no longer be an issue after updates.
