  1. I have a similar issue, I guess, my cache disk - holding the docker and libvirt images - does not unmount leading to a "forced shutdown" and a parity rebuild on startup (in my case, about eleven hours ). FYI, I use both docker and VMs. The problem is, I do not have time to bring relevant information to this discussion right now. Maybe I will be able to do try a few things and provide a diagnostic file in a few days. Cheers.
  2. I guess the answer is yes. Even though the plug-in clears the disks (and marks them as such) in order to avoid an unnecessary parity reconstruction when added to the array, it can also « stress test » the disks in order to highlight such defects. It must be emphasized the disk content are cleared.
  3. Okay. Thanks. I will uninstall NerdPack’s Tmux prior to installing this plugin.
  4. Hi. I have Tmux installed through the NerdPack as I use it often to run (time consuming) scripts or commands from the terminal. Should I actually uninstall the NerdPack Tmux package before installing this UD Preclear plugin? Thanks.
  5. Thank you so much.
  6. I solved it by following the SpaceInvaderOne video, ending with the same configuration as above. The trick, for me at least, has been to unmount **all** the Unraid shares from my mac, then to only mount the Time Machine share, in order to be able to see the disk in Time Machine. I am not sure why this worked, so I will not try to rationalize it. I am on Big Sur by the way.
