  1. My server has been online for 17 days. I got the email about the error from the plugin Fix Common Problems earlier this morning. I uploaded my diagnostic in the original post. I don't have ECC memory. This is the memory I have https://www.newegg.com/team-64gb-288-pin-ddr4-sdram/p/N82E16820331496?Item=N82E16820331496 I've gotten an email with this error from this plugin many times before and (perhaps foolishly) have ignored it up until this point.
  2. I have an intel CPU. When I open console and type mcelog and hit enter nothing happens. I ran a memtest when I first got the ram but will do so again.
  3. Hello, Hoping someone can help me diagnose the errors I'm seeing a result of the machine check events error my server is reporting. I've attached my diagnostics. Let me know if there's any other info you need from me. Thanks in advance. woogz-server-diagnostics-20240421-1101.zip
  4. NIC is bad. Doesn't work in my Windows machine either. Will return it. Thanks for the diagnosis.
  5. Just installed an addon NIC that's being detected in System Devices but I don't see an Interface Rules when I go to Network Settings. IOMMU group 13:[8086:10fb] 03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82599ES 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ Network Connection (rev 01) IOMMU group 14:[8086:10fb] 03:00.1 Ethernet controller: Intel Corporation 82599ES 10-Gigabit SFI/SFP+ Network Connection (rev 01) Here are my diagnostics. chris-server-diagnostics-20231018-2251.zip
  6. I've got a specific use case I'm hoping someone can help me solve. I want my unRAID server and a NUT client to automatically power on when AC power is restored to my UPS but I can't have Nut turn my UPS off when unRAID and my client shutdown because I have a USB device that needs to remain powered for as long as I can manage otherwise it needs manual intervention. Is there a way to accomplish what I'm asking for?
  7. I did extensive memory tests prior to setting up my server so I feel pretty good that's not the cause, at least for me. I may try turning off XMP though if it happens again. Thing is I'm not even running that much and since the issue is intermittent then turning off all dockers except 1 and waiting for it to crash I may be waiting weeks. Frustrating situation for sure. If you end up finding a culprit or a solution be sure to let me know and I'll do the same.
  8. Thanks for taking the time to reply. If the issue is kernel panic it sounds like it's something they're addressing in version 6.10? My first version was 6.9.2 so I'm not sure if I can even downgrade. If it continues to be a problem without a solution I'll look to downgrade to 6.8.x. Thanks!
  9. I made this post last week and since I can't access the server at all without rebooting, the logs I had weren't helpful. So I followed the recommendation and turned on syslog mirror, which I've attached to this post. I had to prune them because they were too large. Let me know if I need to add anything else back in. As you can tell via the logs I had to power cycle the system at roughly 15:41 on July 26th. Right before then I was unable to access unraid either via remote login, pinging, or with a monitor hooked up directly to the machine. Problem though is that there's no errors logged immediately prior to that so not sure if this is going to give us any info to help diagnose it. I had a recycle bin plugin which I've disabled just in case that was causing the issue. Here's all my details: Version: 6.9.2 I'm running the following: msi z490-a pro Intel 10850k Supermicro AOC-S3008L-L8E 12Gb/s 8-Port HBA IT-Mode Controller SAS IO Crest SATA III 4 Port PCI-e 2.0 x 2 Controller Card with Low Profile Bracket (SI-PEX40062) Cooler Master V700 - 700W Power Supply with Fully Modular Cables and 80 PLUS Gold Certification Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel XMP 2.0 Desktop Memory Model TLZGD464G3200HC16CDC01 CPU is running base clock, Memory has XMP profile enabled. At the time it crashed I had the following dockers running: binhex-nzbget prowlarr binhex-qbittorrent binhex-radarr binhex-sonarr machinaris Additionally I had a windows 10 VM running. At the time of crash, no parity check was running. I have the fix common problems plugin installed and it had no items although I'm running an extended test now to see if anything pops up. Any recommendations on how to diagnose? Thanks in advance. syslog-192.168.50.109 pruned.log
  10. Twice now I've had Unraid "crash" overnight. Hasn't happened for a couple of weeks but happened again overnight. I was unable to reach it via the web ui or by pinging its IP. Additionally, the monitor I have hooked up to it is blacked out and didn't show the standard "login" prompt that it normally does. As such I wasn't able to download diagnostics prior to the crash so not sure how helpful they'll be but I've attached them. Version: 6.9.2 I'm running the following: msi z490-a pro Intel 10850k Supermicro AOC-S3008L-L8E 12Gb/s 8-Port HBA IT-Mode Controller SAS IO Crest SATA III 4 Port PCI-e 2.0 x 2 Controller Card with Low Profile Bracket (SI-PEX40062) Cooler Master V700 - 700W Power Supply with Fully Modular Cables and 80 PLUS Gold Certification Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 64GB (2 x 32GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200 (PC4 25600) Intel XMP 2.0 Desktop Memory Model TLZGD464G3200HC16CDC01 CPU is running base clock, Memory has XMP profile enabled. 11. For anyone who finds this in the future. Disabling Fast Boot fixed it for me. I didn't make any changes to DTM.
  12. Just swapped to Deluge. Can't get AutoAdd feature to work at all. Here's my settings. As far as I know everything is correct. Not sure why AutoAdd refuses to work. https://imgur.com/a/pl6moxS
  13. Finally made the swap from Windows Server 2012 to unRAID and I have IOCrest-branded Marvel 88SE9235 (SI-PEX40062). I never had any problems with the card in Windows. In unRAID right now only 2 of the 4 ports work. Confirmed Windows is still detecting all 4. Confirmed it's the same 2 ports after swapping which ports are hooked up to which drives. Will keep digging but I kinda figured the card would work or not but I guess that's what some of the posts were talking about with drives randomly dropping?
