I have installed a nvme cache drive and the use cache setting is set to yes. I deleted the container and all associated folders. i got a fresh install and i am having the same issue.

I have unistalled and reinstalled so i do not have the backups. i used appdata cleanup app to cleanup after the unistall and deleted the appdata folder. I am still having this problem. my logs cycle through this.
