Cannot get past loading bzroot...OK
New development. It appears as if there is a weird bug in the boot process of Unraid where it will not display anything past "Loading /bzroot... OK" but actually does fully load and can be accessed via a web browser. Very weird indeed as it displayed all the usual booting text in the old ASUS Pro WS WRX80E SAGE SE WIFI that I sent back to ASUS for warranty replacement as well as the Gigabyte TRX40 AORUS PRO WIFI I used while waiting for the replacement ASUS board. Very weird indeed. Any idea on why this would happen?

Cannot get past loading bzroot...OK
Nope still won't boot. I installed a fresh copy of Unraid 6.11.5 onto another USB flash drive and it still can't get past "bzroot... OK". I'm at a loss.

Cannot get past loading bzroot...OK
Removing all 3 ZFS plugins and the NVIDIA driver did not fix the issue. Still stuck at loading bzroot.. OK

Cannot get past loading bzroot...OK
I re-setup some my hardware with the Gigabyte board I used while the ASUS board was being replaced and Unraid booted up no issues. So I then removed the three ZFS plugins and NVIDIA plugin and will test a bit later with the ASUS board. Would not having the NVIDIA GPU plugged in the ASUS board cause the holdup? The ASUS board has a built-in VGA GPU and I was having a hell of a time getting the ASUS board to not give me BIOS code C7.

Cannot get past loading bzroot...OK
How do I remove plugins when the plugins tab is empty due to being booted in safe mode?

Cannot get past loading bzroot...OK
Unraid gets stuck booting on "loading bzroot... OK" except in SAFE MODE. Not sure why. Attached are the diagnostics. I was using the ASUS WRX80 SAGE WIFI board until I had to send it in for warranty replacement. Then I switched everything over to a spare Gigabyte sTRX40 board I had. Now that the replacement ASUS board came in I switched everything back and am now stuck at this. chazflix-diagnostics-20230207-1804.zip

Personal Youtube-Like Media Server Docker Container
Is there a Docker container that will let me serve my home videos with a layout similar to Youtube so my family can easily watch our home movie collection. I am looking for something so I can show different "Channels" like Youtube has but stored locally. I'd liked to have each video to show a description too. Not sure what category in the forums this belongs in as I am still very new to Unraid.

ASUS WRX80 onboard NICs won't do 2500mbps
At least the dual 10G SFP+ card I have installed works at 10G so I just reordered the Network card settings in Unraid to use that card instead. Hopefully new Linus drivers come out to fix the issue. I would expect some weird no name network card not work properly but an Intel NIC not working properly seems unusual. At least my motherboard has plenty of PCIe slots to go around.

Got to love Murphy's Law.

ASUS WRX80 onboard NICs won't do 2500mbps
Any other ideas on why the onboard NICs are only negotiating at 1000mbps rather than 2500? I even reseated the CPU incase it was a PCIe issue. I's weird how the switch will initially show 1gbps while posting than 2.5gbps during initial Unraid boot up then 1gbps after Unraid loads the NIC drivers.

ASUS WRX80 onboard NICs won't do 2500mbps
I tried both 6.10.3 and 6.9.2 and they both do 1gbps. While Unraid is booting the link lights on the Switch go from 2.5gbps to 1gbps. I installed Windows 10 to an empty SSD and both ethernet port can do 2.5gbps. Haven't tried 6.11.5 yet. EDIT: Well 6.11.5 didn't fix it.

ASUS WRX80 onboard NICs won't do 2500mbps
I've used 6.11.2 to 6.11.4 and all do 1000mbps. Haven't upgraded to 6.11.5 yet as I was copying stuff to the server so couldn't update yet. EDIT: I see you said 6.10.3. My brain read 6.11.3. Whoops.

ASUS WRX80 onboard NICs won't do 2500mbps
Already have latest BIOS which only adds support for the 5000 series Threadripper Pro CPUs. Already tried searching Google but I suck at that which is why I posted here.

ASUS WRX80 onboard NICs won't do 2500mbps
The 2.5Gb Switch has no issues with other 2.5Gb ethernet ports. I've tried them all. It's only the 2 10Gb Ethernet ports on this motherboard I am having issues with. The other 2 10Gb ports are SPF+ and I can't find my SFP+ to RJ-45 adapter so I can't use them yet. I even tried another 2.5Gb switch and same results. Is there a chance this could be a CPU mounting issue preventing those ports from working properly since this is an LGA type CPU? I do have a weird issue with one of my PCIe slots where it bricks the BIOS if I set the slot to 4x4x4x4 and use the included ASUS Hyper NVMe card.

ASUS WRX80 onboard NICs won't do 2500mbps
I have Unraid 6.10.4 on an ASUS WRX80 PRO WIFI. Both of the onboard NICs are supposed to go up to 10gbps. I have a 2.5gbps switch and both NICs will only do 1000mbps or lower for some reason. I've tried 3 brand new Cat 6a cables and from the switch to my modem show 2.5gbps but the WRX80 to the switch trying those same 3 short cables only do 1gbps. Rebooting doesn't help.

Setup ZFS
I could have sworn I heard that native ZFS was coming in 6.10.

Setup ZFS
I know that Unraid 6.10 added native support for ZFS and I can't for the life of me find out how to setup ZFS on Unraid and import my pools I had before the release of 6.10. Unassigned Devices correctly sees my ZFS formatted HDDs but I can't figure out how to mount them. I must be dumb as I can't find any information here on the forums or in the Docs. The ZFS pools were originally created using TrueNAS and I used to use the ZFS Companion plugin to mount them in Unraid.

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
Hopefully that fixes the format issues I was having a while ago where I couldn’t format unless I canceled a preclear after doing a full preclear. Thanks.

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
Not a problem. Take whatever time is needed to squash as many bugs as you can. For now I can do a partial PreClear and stop it once it starts deleting data which allows the normal Parted app to delete the partition.

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
Did you ever push the fix to the Unraid Community Apps? The red X shows on some UD devices but not others like before. Still can't delete those partitions that Parted says don't exist.

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
Good luck finding it. As a hobbyist software developer and tester I know it can be a real pain in the butt to find a bug that's hard to replicate.
-
Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
I removed Preclear and no change.

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
Where does this red X exist? Is it on the Main page? The only red x there is next to the partition that Preclear made. I have the 12/13/2021 version already.

Unassigned Devices - Managing Disk Drives and Remote Shares Outside of The Unraid Array
It seems that I cannot delete partitions created by Preclear. If I use Preclear to erase all data and stop it I can then delete the partition and format the disk. tower-diagnostics-20211221-1444.zip
