  1. Hey guys Just wondering if anyone is using the Zerotier docker app? I've been using zerotier for years on other platforms and it's worked flawlessly. However on unraid it doesn't seem to want to connect back to my zerotier network. It's always showing offline. Logs are showing joined ok but it hasn't really joined the network.

Reading is always a good idea.

The usecases are totally different. Have you deployed an LXC ?
  4. ddos replied to ddos's topic in Completed
Command line would be the most basic starting point The LCXs would need to be visible as dockers at some point A GUI to deploy a LXC would ultimately be the endgame. Coming from Proxmox I found the LXC deployment quite straightforward. Docker is great for some things but they aren't powerful enough if you're interested in building a bespoke environment for a particular usecase
  5. It would complete the entire ecosystem NAS VMs Docker LXC Done, all your requirements right there.
  6. Please make this happen!!!
  7. I've set-up my servers but I'm seeing "Flash backup unavailable" Is there something one needs to do to resolve this, I'm keen to keep my USB Flash drive regularly backed up
  8. Hey thanks for your speedy reply Do you see anything funky in the smart logs?
  9. Guru's I'm new to unraid so am only now starting my journey 1 X 4TB HDD parity 4 X 4TB HDD 1 X 3TB HDD This is a completely new build at the moment there is no data on the array After adding my disks and selecting a parity disk I started the array After 6hrs the array was built. I'm now seeing a disk marked with an X and offline being emulated Does this mean my disk is bad? How does one recover from this error? https://pastebin.com/CWc9NDvH
  10. Gurus I have a particular usecase and am just throwing it out there to see what the community thinks and if it's a viable option I currently have an I7 Intel NUC hosting proxmox for my needs and it's working exceptional well for what I have. Now I recently got my hands on a QNAP TS-831x, my first thought was to attempt an unraid install on the device itself so unraid could have direct access to the underlying disks. After a little research it was obvious that I wasn't going to be able to do that as the TS-831x has an ARM CPU. So now my question is. Can I present the QNAP disks, aside from just using NFS which isn't what I'm after, to unraid by some other means so I can utilise unraid with the QNAP NAS?

Hey I just got my hands on a ts-659 pro and am also wanting to install unraid QTS for this device is useless Did you manage to install unraid on your 659pro? Any issues that I should be aware of? Did you need to upgrade your ram?
  12. As the title suggests, has anyone successfully installed unRiad on a QNAP TS-659 Pro ? If so, can you outline the pros and cons and if you had any issues ?
