  1. I just rebooted and disk #3 came back on line, I just now have disk #2 has no device. Strange.
  2. Hello guys, I was trying to upgrade my Unraid server and I think I messed up something. Here is what I was trying to do. I have 4 - 4TB drives one was Parity. and the system was fine. I was going to to try and install a 1 TB Party 2 drive and the motherboard had all the ATA hard disk filled up. So I installed a PCI 2 Port Sata card into the motherboard and the server noticed the new hard disk, but one of my data drives came up missing. So I took the PCI card back out the machine and removed the new hard disk I just installed. I put everything back as it was and rebooted the machine. This time two of my data drives is missing disk 2 and no device and disk 3 has no device. Both have a red "x" next to where the drive should be listed. I didn't swap any data cables around. Do you think the drives stop working? Any advice? IMG_4281.HEIC

  6. They are on the same network, not sure about subnet? Yes, I am accessing it via an IP address (192.168.x.x) and I have it signed to the same address every time it boot up it never changes. I did ping the address and it did reach the ip address, but trying to access it on my local network it will not see it. I have tried on a Windows 10 and a Mac computer and it used to work. I am not sure that My Servers service. but I am guessing it I am not using it. I tried downgrading the previous version and it didn't work. I am able to hook up a monitor to the server and log into the system itself. I am not using a domain for the server.

  8. Guys, I have been using my unRaid server just fine these past months with no problem. I updated to the latest update and now I can't access my unRaid on my local network from my Mac or Windows machine. Any help would be great.
  9. Hello Guys, I love the unRaid server and it is working just fine. I have two computers one is a iMac which is working just fine copying my files. But my Windows 10 PC which before I build the server didn't have any problems. Now if I copy some of the very large files it will bring up the BSOD. I have all the updates install on the system for Windows 10. From what I can tell the PC is not over heating, I install HWMonitor and the temps all look good from what I can tell. This PC has never bring up a BSOD before. The PC is very fast and runs very good. Any help would be great. At this time I am using unRaid as a backup system only. Any help would be great. I am new to unRaid and beta testing this out at this time.
