  1. I know this is an old post by SIO but is this still the best guide too use for setting up a gaming win 10 vm?
  2. Hi, I've been searching the forum and can see threads here and there regarding GPU pass-through, fixes for EAC etc, but not a full working guide. Does anybody have some up too date resources? Not just for setting up the VM but the nuances and tips for best settings. I also saw spaceinvaderones yt videos but these are 6 years old. Are these still relevant or is there a more up too date guide?
  3. Have you found a fix for your issue? I'm literally having the same problem.
  4. Hi all, I'm wanting to upgrade hardware for the server and only now have I been able to also buy 4x4tb disks to go with the single 14tb array. How can I move all media from the 1x14tb to all new disks without loosing data and making the 14tb disk the parity disk? With this, I'll be upgrading from 2.5 inch SSD's to M.2's. I'll need to clone these, too. I understnad this might not be possible but, one of the m.2's currently has a lot of games installed from a windows machine. The plan it to use steam container directly connect to the gpu to play these. Would this be less of a headache to re-download these than mess with different file directories? I understand it's probably been asked many times and I'm sorry for probably making a duplicate thread ( I did search!). If this is the case, could sombody point me to the right documentation?
  5. Hey. Great build. There's something about seeing a large array that get's me hot and bothered. 😅 Regarding the way you're downloading and copying files over. Are you still looking through your trackers and adding renaming manually? EDIT: I was reading through your thread when you posted your update. Yes, regarding automatic downloads. There are plenty of way to achieve this. Since you're using trackers I recommend give this from Trash Guides a read (he has a highly active discord if you have issues / get stuck and they're a lovely bunch of people) - not affiliated, but honestly he covers so much more than what I could here for you. I would say he's pretty much the go to right now to getting your ARR's setup, hardlinking your directories with instant moves (atomic-moves) and more importantly for you, creating highly customisable lists to specify inside radarr and sonarr exactly which files types, codecs, file size, and names you're looking for, all automatically. All you would need then is OMBI or any requestarr app and you pretty much wouldn't have to touch radarr or sonarr again. I'm quite like yourself and incredibly fussy with what I download. I do recommend moving towards usenet. This will definitely broaden your searches and you won't have to deal with download limits from trackers. It's an easy life and greener grass on this side, pal. I used to torrent, but no more! He covers that somewhat in the guides. Sonarr actually does this itself. If you select the series in sonarr, click monitoring at the top and then set to all future episodes. This will then only download all futures releases as soon as your newshost, trackers as it. You'll then see this in the calendar in sonarr.
  6. Late to the party but great build. Been great to see your thought process and how it's been going the months following. Have you had much thought on a HBA card?
