  1. I was having the same issue and @Josh.5 was crazy helpful on here, but I never got it quite right. Maybe someone else will have luck with using the "staging" version versus latest. It's supposed to have some fixes and DID fix the video transcode plugin page loading issue, but not the settings persistence issue. I'm hoping it's related to the Nvidia plugin and not the container as I also had some issues running FFMPEG from CLI trying to do the same stuff. Just so happens I am rebuilding my unraid box and will be installing an Arc A380 for low power AV1 support. I will post here if it has the same issue.
  2. I tried this again with only one library and the same settings in the library and the global for plugins. Same issue. It'll run for a bit, and then it'll give me the plugin changed stopping workers notification. Then I'll check the JSON and one or both will be back to null. The staging version did fix the plugin screen loading issue though. I'm not 100 percent this isn't tied to trying to use Nvidia for encoding as it doesn't seem to happen otherwise. That said, I don't have this issue with other containers using the Nvidia plugin. Just more food for thought. Running the ffmped-nvidia container right now and while a real step down convenience wise, it's been running stable converting a 5tb connection of shows for hours with no issue.
  3. It sill started giving me the "workers stopped due to plugin changed (or something similar)" error while the testers were running. This has been an indicator that the plugin changed on it's own. I checked the plugin JSON while they were all still running and sure enough it had changed to either null or another encoder depending on the library. The movies and primary plugin json went to null. I tried this one with the global plugin and a single library using the same settings as global. Then I tried it with two libraries with movies the same as global and tv different. Same issue both ways. I am putting in the settings under the advanced options if that makes a difference. This could be in fact due to the nvidia issue you referenced, but I have not had issues with the nvidia plugin on Jellyfin, but that may be a whole different animal. I am limited on time, so putting this aside for a bit. I saved the logs if you'd like them though. Thanks again for all the help! unmaniclog.json tornadolog.json bufferlog.json
  4. Thanks! I'll give it a try and let you know.
  5. I have actually already removed the container as I had given up and was going to try something else. Glad to reinstall and try to capture the data of need though. Basically, when trying to open the plugin in the webui it just loads the window and sits there not populating. I thought it might be a browser issue so I tried a couple different browsers, but had the same result. Only happening with the video trans plug-in. I tried to work around it by just putting the settings into the JSON in the app data and noticed the null in the video encoder. I'd change, save, and try to run the workers. It would work, then not. Upon restart of the container it would revert. Sometimes before the restart even. I'm my browser I got this error if that helps at all. Let me know if you need something else. Glad to help. 6. Actually restarted multiple times. Tried forcing update. Removed, cleared all traces including unused docker volumes just in case, reinstalled. Tried setting global plug-in settings and not messing with the library plugin settings. Tried updating the plugin JSON with the container stopped, while running, etc. Checked folder permissions. I'm at a loss. Everything in the plugin seems fine, but it changes the video encoder settings to null everytime. This seems to mess up the whole thing. No idea why it won't save and be persistent.
  7. Anyone having an issue where the transcode video plugin won't populate when selected as to allow you to make changes? Then, even when it does load, it loses the settings once restarted or sometimes at random. For example, it might start transcoding my library via GPU, then randomly stop using GPU and be running it all off my CPU. I have tried stopping, updating the JSON for the plugins for different libraries, the global plugin JSON, etc., with the same result. It'll work, then not, save, then not, etc. Sad deal as Unmanic is by far the simplest option IMO.
  8. I had this same issue. I tried to remove the USB drive and run the "make bootable" bat file and it kept giving me an access denied to MBR error. I was able to work around this by copying all of the contents of my USB drive to my hard drive, zipping it, creating an ISO from the zip file using AnyToISO 3.9.6 Lite Version and then writing that ISO to the USB using RUFUS making sure to name the volume UNRAID. It booted fine after that. Maybe this will help someone else with the same issue.
