1080p too many that capped my remote isp bandwidth. I didn’t continue.

Well I was able to transcode close to 40 4K HDR with tone mapping with the a770. Maybe the vram helped.

have you try passing through the card directly? Container Device: /dev/dri/renderD128 Container Device: /dev/dri/card0 just makesure D128 and card0 is your card. you can check with i-gpu-top

Just installed Arc A770 and I tested transcoding 4K HDR with linear tone mapping and was able to do 20 1080p High transcodes. Utilization was about 90% so I could have pushed it harder. i would say this is a beast for plex right now.
