  1. Ah, that sucks, I'll try to look at the hardware one more time, but it's probably just DOA. I really appreciate your support! Thank you
  2. Those are the ones directly installed to the motherboard, the PCIe card has four
  3. Sorry, here you go unraidbeta-diagnostics-20230309-0320.zip
  4. I recently purchased a IO CREST SI-PEX40152 (Supports non-bifurcation motherboards) and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong? I've been doing 50 hour weeks recently, so apologies if I just didn't research the issue properly. I've tried installing it in both my Windows 11 PC and my server, and it doesn't seem to be showing up in either device list (I've attached the unraid HW profile below), but apparently this is supposed to be pretty plug and play. The only thing I can think of is that it's DOA, it is refurbished afterall, but I'm trying to exhaust my options before waiting forever for the refund + new item process. Unraid.txt
  5. Update: It was just an ID-10T error. The ethernet cable was bad and I didn't think to check it until last night. Thanks and apologies
  6. Hello! Local noob/bozo here. I'm trying to install/create an external disk shelf and I'm having some trouble. A little while back I bought both: Two ASA-70165H and a Dell EB-2425. Fast forward a few months and i'm still having issues getting this combination of hardware to function. I can't figure out how to get unraid to see/use it, and Windows can only see that it's a SAS controller. (Installing the windows 8 drivers results in a crash) I did find the Ubuntu 14 driver, but I want to have this hooked directly to UnRaid, not with VM passthroughs or an external machine. (I do have a pc that could be dedicated to running this, but i'd rather not) Can someone point me in the right direction? I'm still only scratching the surface of the server/Linux iceberg...
  7. Finally figured it out, after I updated my server (and solved the problems that caused) I used Dynamix File Manager and just ripped the files off the cache then dumped them onto the array. It's not the best solution, but little issues like docker.img being lost are manageable.
  8. After checking, there are files on the cache I want to keep. Is there even just a way I can extract those files and force them onto the array? That way I can re-make the pool without losing anything
  9. I'm aware this is a tired topic, but I've been searching for two weeks to find a solution just to come up empty. As part of moving my files (14TB) from my old windows server two my new(ish) unraid one, I put in a 5TB cache disk. Now that's its time to move the 5TB to the normal array, I'm getting stuck. There's ~90GB of files on there that I can't seem to get moved. I have disabled the docker, VM manager, set the shares to "yes", rebooted, everything that Mr. Google has reccomended, but the 90GB won't flush so I can remove the drive. I've attached my diagnostics below, I'm at a loss. Any help is appreciated servertwo-diagnostics-20220813-0110.zip
