  1. Updated bios to latest version, booted in legacy mode and no dice, getting the same error message. Is there anything specific I can look for in logs to get a clearer picture of what's going on?
  2. I'll check for a bios update, as for legacy with the options disabled, it doesn't work then either. The diag from the other thread was with legacy and no pcie options
  3. @ich777 I saw the advice in other places to boot in legacy mode, but my motherboard doesn't seem to support enabling above 4g decoding and resizable bar in legacy mode (fwiw uefi is working fine for me now as well). I removed the file, and enabled resizable bar but still getting the same error. montero-diagnostics-20230130-1450.zip
  4. I'm having trouble getting my A4000 working. I enabled UEFI and above 4G decoding, but I'm still getting this error: Jan 30 08:30:32 montero kernel: NVRM: GPU 0000:01:00.0: RmInitAdapter failed! (0x25:0x65:1457) Jan 30 08:30:32 montero kernel: NVRM: GPU 0000:01:00.0: rm_init_adapter failed, device minor number 0 nvidia-smi and driver plugin both say no devices found, but the card shows up in system devices, so I'm not sure what's the issue. Card works fine on my gaming pc running windows. montero-diagnostics-20230130-1136.zip
  5. Update: UEFI wasn't working for me in the past, gave it another try with above 4G decoding enabled and getting the exact same error
  6. I recently added an Nvidia A4000 to my server, and it worked until I rebooted the server and now nvidia-smi and the driver plugin both say no devices found, and the logs show this. Jan 29 19:40:55 montero kernel: nvidia-uvm: Loaded the UVM driver, major device number 239. Jan 29 19:40:56 montero kernel: NVRM: GPU 0000:03:00.0: RmInitAdapter failed! (0x25:0xffff:1411) Jan 29 19:40:56 montero kernel: NVRM: GPU 0000:03:00.0: rm_init_adapter failed, device minor number 0 The only advice I've seen from searching is to a) enable legacy boot and b) enable above 4G decoding which... isn't possible? Maybe I'm missing something but my bios says I can only have one or the other so I'm not sure what to do. I'm already doing legacy boot because I've had issues with UEFI and Unraid before. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated, thanks! montero-diagnostics-20230129-2215.zip
