Selkies as renderer and "waiting from stream..." message. Container doesn't display.
I just dealt with this, and had to edit the container like so: Edited where it says WEBGUI up above so that it says "https://[IP]:[PORT:3001]" Remove the WebGUI variable (the one that is HTTP). Add in two new variables: CUSTOM_USER and PASSWORD Step three is crucial. Without it, you can't use the docker. Hope this helps.

Please Review My unRAID build
Hey there! I was wondering if I could have the wise folks here at unRAID forums look over my build: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/TheGreenWizard2007/saved/xCjgzy A few notes: What is in the parts list is what I'm hoping to get. I'm getting this MicroCenter Bundle: Intel Core i7-12700K, MSI Z790-P Pro WiFi DDR4, Crucial 16GB DDR4-3200 Kit, Computer Build Bundle which is for $279.99. The WD Red and Seagate IronWolf NAS drives and the Crucial SSD drive are what I currently have in my unRAID build, and I'll be transferring them over. They are included in the pcpartslist to estimate power consumption. The Graphics card is a hand me down from my Brother in law, and I know that the Intel chip has integrated Graphics. Trying to future proof as much as possible, so if something seems overkill... keep in mind that my current unRAID build is made with stuff from circa 2015-2017, and the equipment is showing its age. Ignore the corny name - it's my creative solution to our current ... naming debate (he's a Star Wars fan, I'm a Trekkie and I figured the only thing in common was "Star"). Looking for general advice, and suggestions on how to improve this build, given that my budget is around $700 as of right now. I know that in the future I'll be able to upgrade the HDDs to larger capacities. What am I using it for: media server; home automation; immich; nextcloud; and other projects that will come up in the future. Thank you in advance!

Need Help Understanding & Implementing
Hello - please be gentle / kind with my question. I'm trying really hard to understand this and, as I'm doing research, I'm getting conflicting information (Or my brain's wires are getting crossed). My request is to help me understand how to implement this correctly. What have I done so far and where I'm at: I have my tailscale set up - I have followed the documents provided by unRAID, and I have a subnet router set up, so that I access my LAN as if I was home. I am currently planning the services that I want to have; for who is using them, It's me and my husband. Jellyfin and the *arrs so that I can get a lot of great linux isos Recipe Manager (like Tandoori Recipes or anything else that people recommend) - we have way too many recipes printed out. Immich (google photos replacement) - both of us have a LOT of photos and videos NextCloud (google docs/drive replacement) - mostly myself, but hubby is interested Automated backups for our devices (windows, android, Mac, iPhone) Open to other ideas as well! I bought the Flint 2 to replace my Fios G3100 because I wanted to install Tailscale &/or a VPN on my router (G3100 doesn't allow for this). What I want to do / What my questions are: Since I have tailscale - should I simply just integrate it into all my docker containers, and be done with it? I'm seeing a lot of user documentation in the dockers stating to not leave these services open and simply put them behind a reverse proxy? If so, how do I do that with Tailscale? In the same vein, could I use Traefik or some other authentication service, and have them point to the websites that tailscale spits out? Meaning, I already have the (subdomain).(Tailscale Domain).ts.net, so couldn't I point it to that? Or do I need to buy a domain and do that whole process? For reference, I was looking at this resource. On my Flint 2 - would I simply put it as an exit node, and be done with it? How does everyone else set up Tailscale with this particular router? For the Jellyfin and the Arrs, do I put those behind a VPN (I plan to go with usenet), or what? Or should I just follow TRASH guides and Space Invader one? Thanks for the guidance - I'm sorry for rambling - I'm at the end of a long day of teaching and this honestly brings me joy. I just want to do it correctly...

Now that I fixed the permissions, it is NOT showing, and everything is back to how it should be.

Need Assistance with Docker
FOUND THE SOLUTION! Went to the UnraidOfficial Discord, and asked for help in the containers channel. Turns out my permissions were set wrong some how. My docker is set to directory mode. I turned off docker, and then did the following two commands: rm -rfd /boot/config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user mkdir /boot/config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user ls -alh /boot/config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user Then started docker again, and checked to see if I could install an app and I was able to!

How do I reset the network part after I delete the network.cfg? Also, should I try doing a clean install of Unraid if we think the USB is just corrupted?

So if there is no network found according to docker.cfg, how do I create it? I'm honestly getting fed up with docker and unraid - it should not be this hard to figure out.- Need Assistance with Docker
Is it possible that I set up the IP stuff incorrectly? I see a default route, a route labeled with a docker0 gateway, and a route with br0.- Need Assistance with Docker
I hit install, I am then taken to the add container page, where my select a template dropdown menu has NO templates. What am I doing wrong?- Need Assistance with Docker

Context: I've had Unraid for some time now, and I'm on Unraid OS 6.12.10. I just added a 1 TB cache drive, and just enabled Docker and VMs. I want to install a docker from teh Community Apps, however, when I get to the add container, there's a drop down menu for templates and there's nothing there. What am I missing? Attached are diagnostics if you need it. TGW-diagnostics-20241024-2217.zip- Upgraded from 6.12.10 to 6.12.13 - Now having issues.
Here's what I ended up doing: I restored my backup of 6.12.10. I then went through my plug-ins. I deleted majority of them, keeping the Community Apps, The Dynamix File Manager, Dynamix System Buttons, Fix Common Problems, and Unassigned Devices (I removed the Plus version and the Preclear version of this plugin). Refreshed, and that fixed the apps. Then went over to the docker, and disabled it, deleted the image, and remade it. The above fixed it. I think truly, I did too many things at once, and so, will update only when I absolutely need to.- Upgraded from 6.12.10 to 6.12.13 - Now having issues.
I rebooted into safe mode, started the array, and then go into the Docker Page... where it simply does the same thing (wave symbol for loading) and has been for the past 15 minutes.- Upgraded from 6.12.10 to 6.12.13 - Now having issues.
Here's the diagnostics from after this morning's reboot. yoda-diagnostics-20240908-1126.zip- Upgraded from 6.12.10 to 6.12.13 - Now having issues.
I figured I'd upgrade to the newest release, as per my title, and now, the following happens: Community Apps: Apps page simply is blank. No idea why. Just is. Docker page simply has the loading wave symbol of UNRAID. Before I upgraded, I wanted to play around with plugins and dockers, and decided to install some Dynamix plugins, as well as the Unassigned devices plug in (and the addon). Really enjoyed them, and then upgraded to the newest UNRAID. Then the above issues occurred. Now, I know you're going to ask for diagnostics... unfortunately, my Brother In Law turned of the power strip before I could download the diagnostics. Should I simply just restore my backup? Or is there something else that I could do?- Community Applications Plugin - download failure: generic error
Thank you so much for this! Worked like a charm.- Community Applications Plugin - download failure: generic error
Thanks so much for your response! It's funny you mentioned the plugins - I updated them right after that diagnostic was completed. Oops. Just to make sure I am understanding you correctly, I need to do the following: 1. Download the PGL file you indicated, AND download the community.applications-2024.07.06-x86_64-1.txz file 2. Shut down the server, remove the UNRAID USB and plug it into the computer where the files are located. 3. Move the files according to your instructions. 4. Plug the USB back into the server, start it up and go from there. Is that correct? Also, I see that when I explore the UNRAID USB through the WebGUI, I see that there isn't a folder "/config/plugins/community.applications/" -- I presume I can just make it? Thank you so much for your assistance!- Community Applications Plugin - download failure: generic error
Hey all, I'm trying to install the Community Applications plugin, however, I get the download failure: generic error message (as seen in this post). I've attached the diagnostics report. Any help would be greatly appreciated. diagnostics-20240713-0144.zip- Docker Fatal Error?
Solution Found: Just had to reconstruct the docker.img file following these instructions. Thanks again for the help!- Docker Fatal Error?
After the debacle with the previous topic (see first post - you helped me a bit there), I have a back up that has a new install of 6.9.2 UNRAID, but hte config file is the original one that I had... (if that makes sense). I used a new computer to visit the WebGUI and I am still getting the same error. I rebooted the system and still the same error. I wonder if I were to delete the docker.img file - which I"ve read on the forums is quite fragile - and try to do a reinstall maybe that would work? - Need Assistance with Docker
