  1. Legend, thank you, that worked. Also, I just rebooted the system 3 times in a row without failure. I do not know what was causing the issue but it is resolved now. (It was not the bind because it successfully rebooted before I removed the binding) Thank you so much!
  2. I just started the array and this error popped up again: The logs show this: Error: Vendor:Device 1b73:1100 not found at 0000:02:00.0, unable to bind device That device ID is not listed in the system devices. So I am not sure what it is.
  3. I am very confused as to why this would happen. For more information, I checked Open Files add-on, there was nothing open on any drive besides the regular System files. I also checked the losetup command and only the /boot/bzmodules and /boot/bzfirmware were mounted. I had no terminal sessions open or anything like that. So I am very lost as to why this would happen. Sorry to open a post for nothing and wasting time... And thank you for the help!
  4. It just stopped... So quickly... no problems...
  5. I am trying now. Do I need to be monitoring anything specific?
  6. Hello! The only other 2 are from december of last year and not the latest dirty shutdown. I do not know if they will help but I have attached them below. I did check the first attachment and it does seem that the logs are there for the latest dirty shutdown. Thank you! corvax-diagnostics-20221227-1120.zip corvax-diagnostics-20221227-1242.zip
  7. Good day fellow Unraiders! I have been having some problems with unraid recently, I noticed issues after the latest update to 6.12.3, I am not able to cleanly shutdown my instance of Unraid and it is not due to the docker.img not unmounting, I have tried looking through all of the issues that have been posted here before but I cannot seem to figure it out. The symptoms: when I want to reboot or shutdown, I manually stop the array, it is stuck in "Array Stopping - Unmounting Disks" and I usually run out of patience after about 30 minutes of this and try to look for the issue. I checked the /loopX mounts which /boot/bzmodules and /boot/bzfirmware are mounted and docker.img is not mounted. I do not know if that is normal. Also, after I power on unraid, the normal parity check starts and passes without fault. However 2 reboots ago, I did have a drive that I needed to fix using maintenance mode and "Check file system" option. This was due to having a SMB connection to that drive in the array. On another note, I am not sure if it is related, but after unraid boots, I have an error related to vfio bindings which prevents VMs from auto starting, I do not have any VMs that auto start. Not sure what that is about and I do not have any bindings, I used to but I do not anymore. The Diag logs I pulled now, which is a long time after the unclean shutdown, the shutdown occured on the 18 Aug @ 17:00. Any advice is welcome, thank you!! corvax-diagnostics-20230822-0732.zip
  8. Eureka!!! Okay, so I just mounted the whole folder with all of the icons/pngs and svgs to the one located in the container image. The way I found the path is exactly how you said I should, opened the container console through Unraid WebGUI and navigated to the /img/ folder (where the logos exist), copied that path and just added a new path in the container settings. This is so simple yet so gratifying to have finally figured out, thank you so much!!!! EDIT: I was missing something very important and thats I can use Console in the container to view the containers folder and file paths. Now that I know this, there is nothing that can't stop me!! haha. Again, huge thanks for this simple solution.
  9. How would I browse the contents of docker.img though? Is there another way that I can achieve the replacement of the .png files within the container filesystem? Thanks!
  10. Hello fellow Unraiders! For the past 2 weeks I have been installing lots of Docker containers and tinkering as I do, with that comes some struggle, I am trying to achieve a rather simple task of changing either favicon.png or logo.png that is located in the containers root files per website, through other docker hosts this seems easy, but since Unraid places all container images in docker.img, this is rather complicated. Is there a way for me to achieve this the replacement of these .png's? Or is there something I am completely missing? I have tried mounting the .png files as a path, but since I cannot view the docker.img folder structure I am doing this blindly... and its not working haha. This is an example of what I am trying to do: -v '/mnt/user/appdata/searxng.png':'/searx/static/themes/simple/img/searxng.png':'rw' 'searxng/searxng' Thank you.
  11. Will do, it seems to be working fine, I did turn off docker and turn it back on, I waited about an hour before posting to make sure there wasn't any residual writes or anything, literally 5 minutes after posting here, Disk1 spun down. The issues may have been that the 'system' share was on Disk1 and after migrating it to Disk5 I never shut down docker to make the migration stick? The 'system' share never got recreated on Disk1 after the migration, but who knows. A simple turn off and back on seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks!
  12. Hello, I have been trying to figure this out but I am too new to Unraid to know where to go from here, basically, Disk1 is constantly spun up whether there is activity on it or not, if its spun down manually, then it just comes back up after a few seconds. What I have tried so far; disabled Docker in Settings, same results, I have installed Open Files, File Activity and Active Streams, I have monitored those and found 0 that is using Disk1, I have migrated all Shares (isos, domain, system and appdata) to either disk5 or my Cache SSD. I am thinking it might be a plug in, I have listed the ones I have installed below. My array consists of 5 disks, 2 Parity and 2 Cache, one is an SSD the other is a HDD. Plugs ins: CA Backup / Restore Appdata Dynamix Active Streams Dynamix System Statistics Dynamix System Temperature File Activity Fix Common Problems GPU Statistics My Servers Nvidia Driver Open Files Parity Check Tuning Unassigned Devices Unassigned Devices Plus Unassigned Devices Preclear unBALANCE User Scripts EDIT: the problem seems to have been resolved... Somehow, Disk1 just spun down... Even though for the last 5 days its been spun up with no spindown log... I will report back if this was just a flook...
  13. Regarding this, I am new to Unraid/KVM VMs, I was wondering whether you got Kemp running on your side? If so what VM config did you use? EG: The vdisk1.img file created by the command, was that placed as primary drive or as iso image? The machine type? etc. The kemp instructions mention to use IDE drive type but that gives issues with Q35 machine type... FYI; Yeah, NetworkChuck is an awesome channel with a host of knowledge. Thanks for the command btw! EDIT: I FOUND THE SOLUTION!! The for future reader, in teh BIOS option use "SeaBIOS". All other config does not really matter, I have the .img from above mounted as the primary drive and as SATA and that's it.
