I miss something (suggestion)...
The plugin shows the time of each stream on the dashboard - so far so good...
But what's missing is the "endtime" of a stream. The lenght of the stream is not really interesting, but when it ends would be nice to see 👍
Maybe in a future release? 😉

My suggestion: Always use Intel 👍

Can you do me a favor and go back to the settings page, and click save, and then tell me if its displaying both streams on the dashboard widget. Once I added the 2nd server and hit save it then showed up on the dashboard widget.
But I am also just putting together a release as the counts always seem to stay at 1, so there will be a release shortly to correct that.
Working now - thanks 👍

Hmmm, ok let me dig into this...
👍

Just an additional "small" error:
2 active streams (two users), but only "unRAID: 1 Active Stream(s)"

Just now, dorgan said:
Take the entry out of custom servers as you already have the same server selected above in the list.
Ah - that works - thanks a lot 🤣👍

Need an (in)sanity check:
New hardware:
CPU - Intel i9-13900K 5.8GHZ LGA1700
Cooler - Noctua NH-D15 dual tower CPU cooler, 140mm chromax.black
MB - Asus ROG Maximus Z790 Hero
RAM - G.Skill Ripjaws S5 2x32GB DDR5-5600 CL36 1,25V Intel XMP
and old hardware (SSDs/HDDs/GFXs/PSU) from 1st post:
3x SSD
5x HDD
2x GFX cards
1x PCIe USB expander card (4 individually passed through USB 3.0 ports)
1200W PSU
Will this combo work for my needs?
...and this build shall run 24/7? Pfffff... your electric bill will be glorious 🤣
For comparison: my system runs 12-15 hours per day and consumes ~34kWh per month...
-
Maybe a cable issue...
I reach 1169MB/sek max. between Win 10 and unraid.
-
Well... is that necessary? For a forum access? That seems to me to be shooting at sparrows with cannons...
I am not amused, but ok...

Basically I'm looking for a motherboard that's been engineered by NASA but approved by the wife.
Since 2010, i use ASRock for unraid and all my other PC's - rock solid and (mostly) not expensive 👍
My Router (IPFire) is running on a ASRock Q1900M - since 2017 (24/7, 2075 days, 49800 Hours) and still running.

You clearly have no understanding of my setup and, most importantly, the cost saving of having a 2-in-1 rig vs two separate whole rigs. So NM!

If you don't like the answer, don't ask 👍

Why do you say that?
Because a Workstaion is stronger and more flexible then a VM - at least for "some" workloads...
You like to use one GraphicsCard for two users >> less power for both.

the rig is PURELY FOR CREATIVES
...i am not sure, if unraid and VMs are the right choice for this...
This is more a "workstation case"

So next question is, if I want ECC RAM, which Intel CPU and motherboard combos would work?
I am not sure, if ECC is necessary for Plex only - maybe for a machine with VMs...
I use unraid since 2010 for Plex only and never used ECC.

So hardware-wise, what's needed to transcode 4K movies?
Transcode to what?
The iGPU of my i7-9700 can transcode 4 Streams with 4k to 1080p/8MBit without a problem - the iGPU laughs at the four streams.
So the question is: What is the target resolution and bitrate...

The latest version of System Stats uses the sa package which is provided with Unraid.
When the upgrade is performed the "old" sa package is removed and it requires a system reboot to restore it.
Thanks for your help - working 👍
