HPET and USB root hubs (I disabled the controllers in VM Device Manager) did the trick.
Now idle CPU usage on unRAID sever for the windows VM is ~2-3%

I have the same issue.
How do you know which USB root hubs are in use?

OK I misread the original fix post.
I recreated just the WEBUI port, but did not create an additional WEBUI parameter.

I have tried changing the default port as mentioned in this thread - with NO success
My Docker configuration:

I tried manually going to port 192.168.1.104:8083 but always get "This site can’t be reached" error
All my other dockers WEBUI work OK.
What I noticed is that the qBittorent.conf file has the following parameter: WebUI\Port=8080 even when I change it or completely delete the file or the whole Docker appdata folder each time I run the docker it is recreated with the 8080 port.
I tried reinstalling the docker a few time with the port change but still not working.
How can I get it working?

What I like changes from time to time depending at what stage I am at. Now it is VMs and Dockers.
What I would like to see is the continued development of unraid (which I am sure is happening)

Have been a paid user for almost 9 years (2010).
The best thing I like about unRAID is that I forget it is there 😊 although I like tinkering I only need to when I want and have time and not when the server asks for help - which it doesn't !!!

I have the same problem and do not want to reinstall windows.
Started a few days ago.
I can access other PCs and SMB shares from the "problematic PC" and I can access Tower from other PCs fine.
Anything I can do to fix it?

The numbers are for reference only so you know what bay you are assigning too, I could have used letters/symbols/words instead.
They have (should have) no other meaning.

Your chosen location is not persistent - change it to a disk/cache or USB drive instead (I use the cache drive)

Edit: Confirmed it is a license accept prompt preventing it from installing. If I run '/opt/VirtualBox/VBoxManage extpack install /boot/config/plugins/virtualbox/Oracle_VM_VirtualBox_Extension_Pack-5.1.20.vbox-extpack' and accept the license agreement it will install.
The prompt is new (since virtualbox 5.1.20).
Does anyone know if there is a way to accept the license ("y") via a script?
If so I will add it to the plugin...

I uploaded latest Virtualbox 5.1.22 compiled package for:
* unRAID version 6.3.4 - kernel 4.9.28

I have the same problem.if I try from command line:
preclear_bjp.sh -l
It shows sdf as available for preclear
I then try:
preclear_bjp.sh -c 1 -M 4 -A /dev/sdf
and am getting the help screen with all option ?! but no preclear running.
