I've experienced the exact same behavior right out of the box on a fresh install of rc2 with all new disks. This is my first time using Unraid being attracted by the ZFS support. This happened with XFS, btrfs and zfs array and pool devices so the underlying filesystem didn't seem to have an impact.
After a lot of searching and head scratching I've been able to solve this issue by setting:
"Tunable (support Hard Links): No" under Settings > Global Share Settings.
This definitely isn't ideal for a lot of people, especially those who use torrents but for me it's acceptable for now. Hopefully someone official weighs in on this. I've verified NFS 4.2 is being used by the mounted shares and no amount of monkeying with the nfs mount or export settings made any impact on this issue.
