Solutions

  1. erphise's post in WebUI unreachable upon changing server hardware. was marked as the answer   
    Oh my god, just a second later of posting this I thought "May this be something realted to the ethernet port on the motherboard?" (It has 2 ethernet ports).
    Well, I changed it to the other one and now it works.
    Going to leave this here in case it can help someone!
