  2. Two things that got me working Leave the 127.0.0.0 alone And change the the vboxwebsrv log back to the default on the thumb drive. When I did this phpvirtualbox started to work for me I know a lot of folks use a cache or a different disk but that did not work for me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. are those WD Reds in SAS form or just the tray that looks like the proliant/eva tray?
  4. updated from v5.0 to v5.0.5 and after that upgraded virtualbox to 4.3.8 and the my vm became unaccessible. so i remove it and try to imported it and it told me it could not import vdi files only ova failed
  5. Username: admin Password: admin AWESOME! Thank you! up and running. Time to play around and see if I cant get this server imported. And now that you have it running you don't need this info but I just setup my VMs using VBoxManage and the command line. So didn't need a web server or phpvirtualbox. I do use this plugin to start and stop the VMs. if I only had the patience for command line, i like a gui, im not sure how this will work for me once i get xen. It should be interesting.
  6. I don't have linux running on my vm, win7, but i did the same thing downloaded it and (my self) have a software share and place it there. The i mounted the iso and install the addtions. My guess is you have to the same.
  7. Good to hear, no thanks to me, there is many others on here that no way more than me. Just pass on the help to another when they need it.
  8. No it's hasn't on me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. You need to change your vboxwebsrb location back to default not on your Cache. That was my biggest problem it would. Not work until I put it back to default. I'm using my mobile so I can't take a screenshot but I bet you can find a screenshot if you do a search. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Clear your cache also post a screenshot of you box config Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. You also need to modify the php.ini.cfg to allow SOAP.so. I don't have the screen shot but if you google it you'll find it. Also I'm not sure on the Mac but notepad ++ is a good editor to use Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Post your configuration also look for nacat78 post and pictures they will help a ton Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  17. I was exploring the snapshot to the array and when I tried it did not give me a place save. Where is the setting that I need to modify? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Wil do, thanks... i really want to put my vm's on my cache instead of the array. i don't care if they get lost in a failure event. your thoughts? very true Of course the easy way to avoid loss in a cache failure event ... periodic snapshots copied to the array.
  19. STUPID question, can i run 64bit guest OS? or does it have to be 32bit?
  20. Yeah really nice feature, i being using that on my mac's

  22. All most everything was good except for this VBOXWEBSRV_LOGFILE="/boot/config/plugins/virtualbox/vboxwebsrv.log" for some reason i had put that on the cache drive, i don't know why. Fixed that and boom see below. know i just need to get my windows 7 vm and i am set. nacat78 thank you very much for taking the time to put it in a simple way.
  23. Sorry took a long time, got rid of SF and install Dynamix, man was that easy, got a web server going and configured the php for SOAP and webservbox is running. I am still having the error cannot connect to 127.0.0.1:18083
  24. I reboot as I was telling nacat78, except for me, i had trouble downloading all the files that SF webserver requires. What i had to do was install a different version of open ssl and then it was able to download the dependencies and webserver worked. However all that went down the drain when I rebooted. So I'm back at square one. Im going to try Dynamix webGUI and see that goes. anyhow i'm keeping an eye on this thread i really want to get vbox working so i can have a few vm running and get rid of computers that i dont need.
