  1. Hi, yes it happened on the old version too. That's good information for me, I will check other USB ports later. Thanks for your reply.
  2. Hi, I have a Cyberpower CP1500AVRLCD3, and it's connected to Unraid using a USB cable. I suffer from random lost every day. I installed nut on my desktop so that it can be shutdown if the power lost when I'm not at home, and `upsmon` keep reporting lost and establish of the link. So I go to check the log of unraid, every day it looks like this: Sep 20 18:42:37 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_string: Input/Output Error Sep 20 18:42:37 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_report: Input/Output Error Sep 20 18:42:52 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_string: Input/Output Error Sep 20 18:46:38 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_report: Input/Output Error Sep 20 18:54:38 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_report: Input/Output Error Sep 20 19:21:53 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_report: Input/Output Error Sep 20 19:25:08 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_report: Input/Output Error Sep 20 19:31:23 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_report: Input/Output Error Sep 20 19:35:08 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_string: Input/Output Error Sep 20 19:51:08 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_string: Input/Output Error Sep 20 19:51:08 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: nut_libusb_get_report: Input/Output Error Sep 20 19:51:23 TARS-NR usbhid-ups[4647]: libusb1: Could not open any HID devices: insufficient permissions on everything Sep 20 19:51:23 TARS-NR upsd[4671]: Data for UPS [CP1500] is stale - 3. Hi, I had the same problem. Actually, the log tells the error, ``` Mongo instance doesn't support transactions MongoServerError: Transaction numbers are only allowed on a replica set member or mongos ``` So overleaf was trying to use "transactions" functions, whatever it is. But the MongoDB is not in replica set mode. See this link: https://github.com/overleaf/overleaf/wiki/Release-Notes--4.x.x#manually-setting-up-mongodb-as-a-replica-set To deal with this in Unraid, I did these which work for me: - Go to the setting page of MongoDB, switch to "Advanced view", then add `--replSet overleaf` in the "Post Arguments". In this way, unraid will launch mongoDB using `docker -d ... mongo --replSet overleaf`, which is what we want. - Restart MongoDB, now we have to initialize this replica set. In the console of MongoDB, run `mongosh` to enter mongo cli, then run `rs.initiate({ _id: "overleaf", members: [ { _id: 0, host: "[ip]:[port]" } ] })`, note that `[ip]` should be replaced by your unraid ip, and `[port]` should be replaced by your host port of MongoDB. They should be `192.168.178.113:27017` according to your screenshot. Once you see `ok` in the output, it's initialized. You don't need to do this again after you restart mongoDB. - Make sure the mongo URL in your overleaf setting looks like `mongo://[ip]:[port]/overleaf`. Then you should be all good.
  4. Ok, thank you anyway. 😂 I'll go there and repost my reply
  5. Hi, could anyone please check if my post last night is there? I found someone having the same problem as me, and I solved it, so I came back to reply him my solution. I'm not sure if I meet the same problem as len5623, since I opened a new browser tab to sign in then back to click submit my reply. I just realized that maybe won't work... Thanks for any help.
