    Je pense avoir résolu le problème, en tout cas depuis 8 heures tout fonctionne et j'ai même retrouvé l'accès à mon dossier appdata. J'ai fait deux choses en même temps donc je ne sais pas ce qui a permis réellement de retrouver les accès (les deux ?)
     
    * Dans Windows : Panneau de configuration / Comptes d'utilisateurs / Gérer les information d'identifications web / informations d'identification Windows  / ajouter des informations d'identification Windows --> Adresse serveur + Identifiant & mdp du compte utilisateur Unraid
     
    * Dans Unraid : Utilisateurs / Choisir le profil Accès des partages (pas le root) et dans mon cas, le dossier appdata était sur lecture seul (étrange j'étais sur d'avoir regardé, mais bon...) --> lecture et écriture & appliquer.
