  1. Maybe someone has an idea what's wrong, sorry because probably offtopic: As soon as a torrent is up/downloading my WHOLE internet connection drops in an instant. Latency up to 500ms or timeout, up/download <1mbit Happens on all clients, iPhones, iPads, my desktop... I'm using UniFi-Gear so it should be more than capable to handle the tasks at hand... The only thing I can think of would be to many connections but even the crappiest hardware I've ever used had no problem with the 400-setting in deluge...
  2. Hi, I ran an extended test with the Fix Common Problems Plugin and ran into the following problem: The following files exist within the same folder on more than one disk. This duplicated file means that only the version on the lowest numbered disk will be readable, and the others are only going to confuse unRaid and take up excess space: /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/admin/history1.db disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/admin/postproc2.sab disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/admin/queue10.sab disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/admin/rss_data.sab disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/admin/server.cert disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/admin/server.key disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/admin/totals10.sab disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/admin/watched_data2.sab disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/logs/sabnzbd.log disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/perms.txt disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/sabnzbd.ini disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/sabnzbd.ini.bak disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sabnzbd/supervisord.log disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/config.xml disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/logs/sonarr.txt disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/logs.db disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/logs.db-shm disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/logs.db-wal disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/nzbdrone.db disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/nzbdrone.db-shm disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/nzbdrone.db-wal disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/nzbdrone.pid disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/perms.txt disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/supervisord.log disk3 cache /mnt/user/appdata/binhex-sonarr/xdg/.mono/keypairs/[1][xxxjhkjhxxx][-1].xml disk3 cache /mnt/user/system/docker/docker.img disk3 cache Directories Scanned: 2315 Files Scanned: 27226 It probably happened because my cache-drive ran out of space, the docker.container crashed and I had to delete and recreate the docker-image. Everything works just fine on the outside, but I wanted to gather some torrents for seeding on the (ssd)-cache-drive with unBalance. unbalance kindly reminded my that there might some permission-problems and said problem emerged... Any idea how to fix it? Should I just delete the files from disk3? What's the best way to do it? Thanks in advance!
  3. Even if the RAM didn't show any problems during the mem-test I bought new one and my problem seems to be gone... I consider it solved.
  4. I had random troubles along the way in my unraid-experience, last time I had done extensive memtesting was about 80 days ago. No error after 3 days.
  5. Hi! Everything was fine for over 80 days until I ran a parity check a few days ago. Since than I'm not able to finish the check. Sometimes the GUI stops responding at all (and no telnet session possible) and sometimes the speed is slowing down significantly: The first log is soon after the slowdown started, the second log is after I came back from work. Any ideas what might cause the problems? server-diagnostics-20190201-0530.zip server-diagnostics-20190201-1533.zip
  6. Tried a few cables from work, all of them produced UDMA CRC errors. Tried a fresh install of unraid - errors came back Tried the latest stable - errors came back. No errors when I try the onboard sata ports. I suppose the problem lies within the new (eBay / China) LSI-Card...
  7. They are in fact new and increasing. I got a new SAS to SATA expander to rule out faulty cables...
  8. Hi everyone, I upgraded my build after I kept running into problems which no one had any solutions for, see here. So I decided to upgrade my hardware since the old build was to old to run dockers in a meaningful manner anyway. I bought this ASrock and a LSI 9211-8i SAS Card. But at first I got more than 20.000 sync errors and countless read errors. After a reboot those errors seem gone, but the parity-speed is super slow with only 10mb/sec... Guys, I would really appreciate any help...
  9. MiniITX is kind of a must, since I already have a Fractal Define R2 mini and it can fit 6 drives, which is enough for me. I was thinking about: https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/J4105B-ITX/index.de.asp and a LSI SAS Controller.
  10. Hello, I feel like I'm going crazy after looking at so many mainboards.... ~_~ I want to upgrade my existing server. It should be at least on par with an DiskStation DS918+ (J3455). I want to ran a few dockers (Sonarr/Radarr/Sabnzbd) an want play around with light VM. It would be nice to have 6 SATA ports (on board or through PCIe). Since ran into some troubles with my current build I want something reliable. The whole system should be running rock solid and I'm willing to spend a little bit more to achieve this...
  11. Hi, it's me again. Ran a memtest, first pass completed without any errors. I will let it continue overnight and run a few passes. But it seems as another possible problem got eliminated. At this point I would happily accept a faulty RAM.
  12. OH COME ON! Everything seemed fine. Total size: 8 TB Elapsed time: 1 day, 8 hours, 11 minutes Current position: 7.99 TB (99.8 %) Estimated speed: 79.7 MB/sec Estimated finish: 3 minutes And suddenly the system doesn't respond. No GUI, no Putty. I had an open connection through Putty the whole time.
