File present within /mnt
I figured it out. I initially wasn't sure how to access just /mnt as I didn't see it in the "Main" tab. Sorry, I'm still a bit of a noob. I figured out how, though, and opened the file and was immediately able to tell it was the plugin "VM Backup". I never actually set this plugin up, but the default storage for its backups is /mnt. Seems like a pretty poor default. This was definitely something I should have been able to figure out myself. Thanks!

File present within /mnt
Data1 and Data2 are the directories I am passing through to syncthing... I don't want my directories to be in appdata, I want them to be on a dedicated share on the array. Is this not correct? Maybe I am misunderstanding something about Syncthing. Either way, these mappings are not on the root /mnt.

File present within /mnt
I only have 5 dockers installed. Plex, Tautulli, Syncthing, Audiobookshelf and Unraid Cloudflare Tunnel. I have looked at the template for each and none have any mappings to just /mnt. Is there any way to figure out where this file is coming from?

File present within /mnt
My "Fix Common Problems" plugin is giving me the following error: "File default_users.cfg present within /mnt". This has been persistent through reboots. How do I determine if this file is important? How do I delete it? Thanks!

Unexplained crashes
It seems to have something to do with Tdarr. The most recent thing Ive changed on my server was setting up Tdarr. The first crash happenes during the night when I had set a large show to transcode. Then after I had power it back up, I started another show and about 2hr later is when it crashed showing the text in my picture. After booting back up, I just stopped Tdarr and its been fine since. Not sure what is causing it to crash during or after transcodes. Looking at the files, it seems like it finished all transcodes properly, and then crashed after.

Unexplained crashes
My system has been quite stable until last night. I woke up and noticed the server couldn't be reached. It was still on but had a lot of text I didn't quite understand. I shut it down and rebooted and everything came online just fine. I left to go to the store and about 2 hours later, it was offline again. I got home on took a picture of what was on the screen. I have also attached the syslog file. I am not really able to fully decipher the syslog, so hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. Thanks! syslog-192.168.1.10.log

GPU passthrough to VM causes Unraid WebUI to lock up and system must be hard-reset
Well it appears I am back in business. I bound the GPU to VFIO and then passed through the GPU and its sound component and the VM started up with no issue. I have been able to remote desktop connect and install the Nvidia T1000 driver. Thanks again man!

Incredible. I will absolutely be looking into Perplexity. Very Impressed with this text file breakdown. Thank you for letting me know about it and for putting my log file into it. I will be looking into each of its suggested troubleshooting steps. In regards to the RAM testing, I let it run overnight and all day today. No errors. I think the RAM is ok and will be moving on the suggestions from Perplexity. Thanks again! I will update if I find a solution or any new troubleshooting info pops up.

GPU passthrough to VM causes Unraid WebUI to lock up and system must be hard-reset
I have been testing RAM for a couple hours now. So far no errors. I am running 128gb DDR3 ECC.

GPU passthrough to VM causes Unraid WebUI to lock up and system must be hard-reset
I have been running a Windows 10 VM for a while with no GPU, using just the built in VNC connection with zero issues. I recently obtained a Nvidia T1000 GPU to use on that VM. If I select that GPU to pass-through, when I start the VM, the Unraid UI freezes. I can no longer access the WebUI from any device on the network. The strange thing is, all dockers still work fine (i.e. plex streaming) and all my shares are still accessible and usable. I can issue a shutdown command directly on the system running Unraid, but it fails to gracefully shutdown. Once booted back up I can remove the GPU from pass-through and the VM and WebUI work fine. I am running Unraid 6.12.4 I have attached the syslog that was created when the system was unable to gracefully shut down. If any additional information would help, please let me know. TIA syslog.txt

Entire system shuts off the moment Parity check starts
I replaced the PSU with a Seasonic 850w and my issues have seemingly been resolved.

Entire system shuts off the moment Parity check starts
Thank you, JonathanM The PSU is my first suspect as well, I am actually looking into ordering one already at the very least for testing purposes. I got it to ramp up to 400~ watts with no issue though. Is the thought that one of the rails that the drives are plugged into is failing?

Entire system shuts off the moment Parity check starts
Hello guys, I've been running my first unraid system for about 8 months now with zero issues until this week. I started experiencing weird unexplained crashes, where the system would just turn off and start back up by itself, do the regular boot sequence, and then about 5 seconds after it reaches the point where it shows my IP and server name.... it shuts off and repeats the loop. I've narrowed it down to an issue during parity check. Since Unraid does a check after an unclean shutdown, this creates the crash loop. I am able to recover from this crashing boot loop if I boot into safe mode and select to do a clean reboot. Then everything is fine until a parity check starts. I went to the system and booted into GUI mode, everything was up and running, I clicked "check" for parity and the exact moment I did, the system shut off. I don't mean triggers a shut down, I mean it turns off as if I just unplugged it from the wall. What do you guys recommend I look into first for troubleshooting? I have not updated my Unraid version or changed any hardware. I did check the SysLog, but there is nothing logged during this crash. Everything is normal in the log.. and then a 5~ minuted gap while its boots back up showing everything as normal. Once I do a "clean" reboot to get out of the crash loop, everything boots fine. I opened a number of Plex transcodes to stress things and it handles everything as normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Specs: Supermicro X9DRE-TF+ 2x Xeon E5-2697 v2 128GB DDR3 ECC RAM Nvidia P4000 (for plex transcodes) LSI 9300-16i SAS Controller 2x 20TB SAS drives 2x 10TB SAS drives Corsair HX1050 PSU Thanks!
