[Support] binhex - get_iplayer
Just started using this, working well so far, thank you. Is there a way to embed subtitles in to the file please? Also, is there a choice between MP4 and mkv? Thanks

[Plugin] Mover Tuning
If I run this from unraid terminal and then check syslogs I get this.... Oct 16 11:00:01 Tower root: Starting Mover Oct 16 11:00:01 Tower root: ionice -c 2 -n 0 nice -n 0 /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/ca.mover.tuning/age_mover start over tuning plugin done! Seems to finish in less than second and doesn't actually run.

Thanks for the advice. I think the script method will work fine for me. Testing this script I'm not sure if it works for me, should the mover show as running in the "Main" tab, as it doesn't when I attempt to run. My share name is media btw, and I corrected the variable to have a lower case in the shareName to sharename just in case that makes a difference. I also googled there is a command just called mover, so I tried that but it just runs the mover tuning settings instead and there-fore skips unless at 70%, which kinda makes sense haha. Any other ideas please?

[Plugin] Mover Tuning
Can I get some advice please? I'd like the mover to run quite often, every hour lets say, but it only runs if the cache limit has reached around 70%. If the cache is low then I would want the mover to skip. I think I can do this. The bit I'm stuck on comes next. I then want a second option that runs the mover in the night, and it runs no matter the cache limit. This ensures all data is moved to the array once a day no matter the cache size. The hourly schedule is acting more like an emergency move if cache is high but otherwise it waits till night time. Is this possible please?

[Plugin] Realtek R8125 R8126 R8168 and R8152\6\7 drivers
OK I've done more more iperf stuff across my network, it all looks to be as slow, although internet speeds (same switch) is over 140Mbs. So it's not an unraid or driver by the looks of it. Now I just need to figure out how to test my network. Many Thanks!

I think I have figured out iperf and ran it from my desktop PC connecting to unraid server, both connected over ethernet with a 1G switch in the midddle. Connecting to host 192.168.0.11, port 5201 [ 4] local 192.168.0.49 port 50307 connected to 192.168.0.11 port 5201 [ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth [ 4] 0.00-1.00 sec 26.2 MBytes 220 Mbits/sec [ 4] 1.00-2.00 sec 68.9 MBytes 578 Mbits/sec [ 4] 2.00-3.00 sec 68.8 MBytes 577 Mbits/sec [ 4] 3.00-4.00 sec 68.8 MBytes 577 Mbits/sec [ 4] 4.00-5.00 sec 68.2 MBytes 572 Mbits/sec [ 4] 5.00-6.00 sec 68.9 MBytes 578 Mbits/sec [ 4] 6.00-7.00 sec 68.6 MBytes 576 Mbits/sec [ 4] 7.00-8.00 sec 68.8 MBytes 577 Mbits/sec [ 4] 8.00-9.00 sec 68.8 MBytes 577 Mbits/sec [ 4] 9.00-10.00 sec 67.2 MBytes 564 Mbits/sec - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - [ ID] Interval Transfer Bandwidth [ 4] 0.00-10.00 sec 643 MBytes 539 Mbits/sec sender [ 4] 0.00-10.00 sec 643 MBytes 539 Mbits/sec receiver The speeds look similar to what I'm getting with the smb share I think?

Hi all, I'm trying to figure this out as I'm new to unraid. Here is my ethernet controller info... 10ec:8168] 04:00.0 Ethernet controller: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8111/8168/8411 PCI Express Gigabit Ethernet Controller (rev 15) The UnRaid Dashboard says... General info: Mode of operation bond0: fault-tolerance (active-backup), mtu 1500 eth0: 1000 Mbps, full duplex, mtu 1500 lo: loopback My problem is speed. I'm writing to a share which is an SSD Cache only, so it should be full speed but I'm only getting Write Speed 42MB/s. I then installed the realtek driver from the apps section: RTL8168(B)/RTL8111(B) PCI Drivers. I then rebooted. My write speed is now 65MB/s and read speed is71MB/s, so there is improvement. I still feel this should be much faster considering I am connected wired everywhere at 1000 Mbps. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be appreciated.
