    Ich glaube, die Lösung gefunden zu haben. Nach einem Wechsel des USB-Sticks habe ich den IT87 Treiber nicht installiert und seitdem keine Probleme mehr. Keine komischen Werte in den Temperaturen, keine hohen Lüftergeschwindigkeiten. Also entweder hat der IT87 Treiber ein Problem mit 7.0.0 oder es lag am USB-Stick. Zumindest ist jetzt alles wieder so, wie es sein soll (bis auf die im Dashboard fehlenden Lüftergeschwindigkeiten). Danke nochmal an alle, die hier mit Rat und Tat zur Seite standen.
