I am having trouble running this app. I left everything at default even the suggested user password i.e. I made NO changes to the image. Once the container is running, I stop it and enter the terminal command of "sudo chown -R 1000:1000 /mnt/user/timemachine/'". The terminal accepts the command without complaint. I then restart the container. However, upon entering the system setting on my Mac (MacMini with M4 chip), I get the following error message s saying it can not add additional users: see attached. I am also including the container log file: attached container log.txt

Could you please tell me where I would type that command for the container? Thanks very much.

I am a new user, and I am unable to authorize my 30 trial period with my bootable usb drive. I am using version 6.12.10. When I tried to authorize my usb key, I kept getting the message saying "downloading", but then I get a message saying: "ERROR: 4" Further, I have deleted the Key file from the drive and I am still unable to logon to the server to attach my trial code. I am using a metal Sandisk 3.1 usb that is 64GB in size. I am obviously registered or I would not have been able to get into this forum to post a message. Please help:)
