    I have the same symptoms as my Intel A380, running in unraid 7.0.0-beta2. Had to switch back to my Tesla P4 because the A380 consumes ~18 watts at idle. intel_gpu_top showed me `BUSY` as well. ASPM enabled and activated. Powertop --auto-tune applied.
