ty for checking. i also saw the post about unclean shutdowns and will be setting my vms to 5 minutes and disks to 7. so ill just make sure i wait atleast 7:30 before i disconnect power. Ty

As the title says, i was doing a little fan maintenance and shut down unraid via the dashboard. i waited about 3 minutes and it said it was off and the server physically appeared off. Once i turned it back on, and started the array, it told me it was a unclean shutdown and it crashed. Can anyone take a look at the diags and let me know why this happened? It's working. I also replaced the PSU and its still good after that. My guess is that when the UPS battery was unplugged, something happened to the psu it affected the drive. Probably just a shotty PSU / bad cables. Thank you for all your help @JorgeB & @itimpi !

Yea it has been rebuilding for 5 hours. I will wait until its finished. When I followed your instructions unassign the disk start array stop array reassign the disk start array It automatically started the data rebuild. In the future, if it says its "unmountable status", what could i have done different to check filesystem first before it rebuilds?

Should can/should i pause the data rebuild to do the a check filesystem? Also i could have sworn i set this up as a BTRFS but it showing all my drives are XFS....

Ok so i checked my cables. Honestly i just flipped around the Sata power cables so instead of 1,2,3 its now 3,2,1 if that makes sense. My psu is not modular and honestly dont know if it has good dedicated 12v rails or whatever. Been doing some research and i think i will end up replacing the PSU anyways. I've got potential good news. It now shows Data-Rebuild in progress which i haven't had yet. However, it also says the unmountable disk present. I also failed to mention im running a: 9211-8i 6Gbps HBA LSI FW:P20 IT Mode . @JorgeB I have another cable that i replaced it with, just to rule it out, and ran into a new issue. After following the same instructions for unmounting and remounting the drive, i ran into this: . So i replaced the cable. When i followed the steps, first thing it says is "" which looked promising but then it immediately paused. When i clicked unpause, it then showed the previous error" " and now no longer says data rebuild but just read-check in progress". last time it did a read-check, i ended up in the same spot i did before. Ok so i followed these steps and got " Alert [DREWBYSERVER] - Disk 2 in error state (disk dsbl)" and paused the read-check. Got it. I realized that i should have got the diags before i rebooted too late. Sorry for the stupid question but what does rebuild on top mean? every where i looked online about the same issue, the articles that were linked before are now 404. Thank you for your help!

Hello, im looking for some help. I just noticed a movie on plex wasnt working and i checked the server to find that Disk 2 is disabled. I tried rebooting the server but still same issue. can someone check out the diagnostic file and let me know how i should proceed. Edit: i believe this happen after my UPS battery back up was unplugged for maybe 10 seconds. Not sure if its relevant. Thank you, drewbyserver-diagnostics-20250924-1453.zip

@Nodiaque That did run across my mind. You may be right. However, now im having issues with plex and other dockers after adding and removing the enshrouded docker. My plex is inaccessible now outside my local machine. My phone or my shield will not connect to my server. If i were to update a docker, like i did to plex today ( and last night when i added the Enshrouded docker) it changes the the values in my Port Mappings section on the unraid docker section for a stack that runs my VPN via gluton and all my *arrs. Idk if you have any insight to this or if i must pursue another thread for help. Thank you for your help EDIT: Scratch that. i resolved the plex issue. I accidently changed the port in my router that plex was using. That was me being stupid. Anyways, my server is a low end server so i think your right about the lack of resources to run Enshrouded. Once again, thank you.

So im newish to Unraid and running into a (probably stupid oversight) issue. When add the enshrouded docker, it makes my local host to access unraid time in and out constantly. I tried changing the port number but it didn't seem to work. It doesn't seem to be conflicting with other port numbers. Can someone point me on the right track? Sorry for the inexperience.
