  1. Hi, even with reconstruct write enabled (and not set as Auto) ? How come? (really looking to learn something new, thanks!)
  2. Gracias JorgeB! That's what I thought, just wanted to make sure it wasn't something I was doing.
  3. Hi Everybody, I've been trying to find a way to write much faster to individual disks in my Array (something like a multi-threaded Mover using rSync). Array: 8xHC550 18TB (2 Parity), turbo write enabled. When writing to my array (individual rSyncs to Disk1, Disk2, Disk3... from an NVME) the speed is super slow, ~100MB/s for all 6 disks (HC550) combined. But if I read from my array, I'm able to see ~1.1GB/s Is this behaviour normal? Is writing to individual Disks in an Array (multi threaded) slow due to parity writes? Thanks
  4. TBH, Intel has gotten a bad rep because of gaming but it's very good and efficient in home servers especially for Media servers (due to lower idle, great cpu/igpu transcoding). While I'm a big AMD fan of what they've done these past decade, I would NOT mount an AMD based UnRaid server. Any Intel Cpu with QSV will thrash any AMD CPU. Now, the Arrow Lake Cpus (265k...) iGPU does AV1 encoding and decoding!
  5. OS is set to dark mode while notification's menu is in normal mode but text is illegible. Version: 7.2.rc1 See image:
  6. Agreed on @Skandalus 's post. I started with a 12600K that I got for about 120 usd and it's a great CPU but it's a dead platform as well. I wanted little more raw power but seeing that 14xxx's cost the same as 265K (or more) I just sold my LGA1700 hardware and went straight to 265k for those sweet (and efficient) 20 Cores. It really comes down to price also, not worth it to waste money on dead platforms, especially if iGPU on 265k is so much better (and has 20 cores)
