  1. Hi All. I am new to unraid and setup with a single 8tb drive and it seems I just made this 8tb a storage pool in btrfs on setup rather than an array disk. I have bought a second 8tb drive and installed in the machine. Since I have no array as such someone in a forum suggested adding the new drive to the pool I have done this and under the storage option in main I see it has done a 'balance' My aim was to add this drive to make redundancy, I have seen an option under balance to set to 'convert to raid 1 mode' Will this fulfil the aim of data redundancy? Or I do I need to scrap the pool and move ~55gb of data to my cache using mover, delete the pool, make an array and add a parity drive and move my data back after? Thanks all
