  1. No, I don't even have a parity drive right now. Will try and write directly to the cache.
  2. It's still transferring at about 20MBs. Should I just install a fresh copy of Unraid? Split level wouldn't have anything to do with it since it's copying to the cache first right? Just in case my settings are 'most free' and with split level 2.
  3. I've had these plugins for at least 4 months. You think the plugins are slowing down the drives ability to read/write? I'll try what you suggested and let you know what happens.

  5. Whats the website that we use to post logs? It's basically so the log doesn't take up too much space.
  6. For about a week know. I've been having super slow speeds when writing to UnRaid. I have a cache drive setup and I can see the files on the drive after it's written but I'm averaging between 14-20/MBs. Anyone have any possible idea why this may be? I'm running UnRaid 5.0.5 on An AMD A8 6600k processor.
  7. Thanks PhAzE but how is this doable with, for example, Sickbeard? Sorry for the newb questions. -Jim You're going to manually set the directories. So if you don't have one set yet, you need to create it somewhere. If you have a cache drive. Then you would type /mnt/user/cache/*insert name of folder for apps*/*insert name of application*
  8. Ok, so I restarted the server a couple of times and now it seems everything is fine. All the files and folders on the cache drive are there and I can play them. IDK what happened.
  9. Is this necessary? I've been thinking about doing a fresh install of Unraid.
  10. What was the path you used for the install directory and what version of unraid? /mnt/cache/applications/<insertpluginname> verison 5.0.6 Strange, are the folders still on your cache drive? Change install directory to /use/local/pluginname and leave config Dir set to your cache drive and then see if the install. I'm thinking the drive died because I went to disk health and it returned this. >> Terminate command early due to bad response to IEC mode page:
  11. What was the path you used for the install directory and what version of unraid? edit: Fuck...nvm looks like my cache disk took a shit. Got this when I went to disk health. >> Terminate command early due to bad response to IEC mode page: /mnt/cache/applications/<insertpluginname> verison 5.0.6
  12. Hmmm, it looks like I did install unmenu at some point, but I haven't used it in forever. I also have MyMain. So I can just go to that folder and delete everything and it won't have any negative effects? Correct, because all of the plugins that you use after a reboot will re-download their dependencies, any plugins you don't have anymore will obviously not redownload them. It's like a folder cleanse. Oops, it's been a while since I last asked my question. But I finally got around to deleting everything out of the flash/packages folder. Cleaned it up a lot, but it didn't fix the issue with CouchPotato (see attachment). There is still an unmenu folder in the root of the flash drive. Could that still be a problem? How do I get rid of it? Ben I'm not sure on how to delete it, but you can just change the port if it's still giving you an issue.
  13. PHAZE!!!! I don't know what happened, but it seems that all of my plugins have been corrupted or something. Everything says 'Not installed'. Was working fine yesterday...and while I was at work, I couldn't view MB3 or Plex. Came home and everything...CouchPotato, NZBDRONE...everything has 'not installed'. Still has the directory locations though.
  14. Hey Phaze, On MB3 for the transcode folding setting...should I leave it blank or set it to use a folder on my cache drive?
  15. Hey Phaze, for some reason Plex, SAB, and Sonarr seem to be randomly stopping...and Sonarr has come to a crawl when it comes to actually doing anything. Where do I start troubleshooting?
  16. Hey Phaze. I'm having a issue now with NZBDrone/Sonarr. It's randomly shutting down, got a fix for it?
  17. Now I'm having trouble with mylar. Mylar is pulling comic series information and says that it "snatches" the files but it's not sending the nzb file to SABnzbd and it's not post processing the files I already have. Anyone have a fix?
  18. Unfortunetly linux doesn't have the address box in folders like Windows does. At least as far as I know.
  19. So I'm having an issue where when I try to navigate to my disk. My first disk does not show. It shows in the UnRaid WebGUI but not when I try to navigate to the folder. I've included a screen shot for reference. Would it be best to just run a fresh install of UnRaid?
  20. I don't want to hi-jack his thread...but it is definitely not on "quiet" mode. When The processor hits 70%-100%, it sounds like a blower in my room.
  21. Reseat your heatsink/fan combination. it should not overheat and shutoff. Already tried that, I have it in a corner inside of a Lian-Li Q25B amd hardly any air flow since I have the supermicro controller in there and a million of cables. I have 7 drives in there and the drive by the psu and cpu/motherboard goes up to about 42c whenever I'm writing to it. The CPU runs at about 50%-70% without a plex stream, when someone streams from outside of the house, it shoots up to about 98% and after about 20 minutes it overheats and cuts off. I can't tell you what the cpu temp is because the AMD APUs have an issue when it comes to systems trying to pull heat temps.
  22. It's ok now. It just had some issues pulling artist information so I just switched to album search instead. It's not anything on your end. Your plugins are beast man. lol
  23. Is anyone having problems getting headphones to work?
  24. Ah, I missed where you said plex was only going to run 3 streams max. I went with the i7 mainly because where I am, I have a microcenter and the i7 is only 50 bucks more than what I paid for my i5. I now see that the price of the i5 has dropped as well. You can then save more money and go with an i5. Right now, I'm using a 6600k and just with SABnzb, NZBdrone, and Couchpotato running, it's averaging about 50 -70% utilization and you throw a plex stream in and it overheats and cuts off. LMAO Without those apps actually running, it can stream about 2 1080p streams but gets super hot and risks cutting off. I plan on upgrading to a i7 first of the year.
  25. This gets on my nerves. Why not just bring down the price of internal drives?
