  1. I'm curious if anyone else is getting an over size limit error. This started July 5 for me, with every daily backup yielding the same error: Backup size limit exceeded (code: 1500) The commercial edition has a (5.50 TB) limit for backup size, which was exceeded I backup to Backblaze, which shows a total size of 3.4 TB stored, and my Unraid array is about 2 TB, so both are under the stated limit of 5.5 TB. And I have an activated perpetual license for MSP360 Backup for Linux Personal Edition. Cloudberry/MSP360 had been working for years for me. Any ideas of what I'm missing? Thanks! TD
  2. Thanks again, @Squid. All reinstalled and appear to be running. Let's hope there's no bridge jumping to do.
  3. Thanks, @Squid. Done, and quick. But now I have "no Docker containers installed." Was that supposed to happen? Do I just have to reinstall them from templates? Or is this a sign of a different error? And any indication of why the Docker container filled? - TD
  4. Thanks in advance for the help. I noticed that for the last few days I hadn't been getting Cloudberry backup completion emails, so logged into my server to check. I also received an email from Fix Common Problems that **/var/log is getting full (currently 100 % used). Attached are two diagnostics, one just before and one just after rebooting the server today. I now also have this error under the docker tab: Warning: file_put_contents(/var/lib/docker/unraid/images/binhex-minecraftserver-icon.png): failed to open stream: Read-only file system in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php on line 90 And this new error in Fix Common Problems: Unable to write to Docker Image - Docker Image either full or corrupted. Appdata, notifications, and system shares are all cache only, and are the only things on the cache drive. I did a short SMART test on that disk, and there were no errors. I appreciate any guidance. Thanks again. - TD tardis-diagnostics-20220306-1612.zip tardis-diagnostics-20220306-1556.zip
  5. I just did some maintenance on my backup config yesterday and found this problem. Here is the error from the detailed report: flash/ Path cannot be opened for reading Is it a permissions issue? Can that be resolved? How are people backing up /boot now? Thanks!
  6. I think I got it now. I can set whatever username I want in the Docker container setup and then use that in the native GUI. Thank you!
  7. Would the username then be the "ID" listed on my CloudBerryCentral Settings page (36-character/32-bit hex)? When I log into cloudberrycentral, I use email address.

  9. Ah, forgot to mention that the container log (Appdata/CloudBerryBackup/logs) is empty except a folder called nginx, and that folder is empty. Thank you.
  10. I'm hoping someone can help with this one. I installed CloudBerryBackup with default settings, adding my email address for CBB's web interface username and using the hash procedure for password. Within a few seconds of starting the container, it stops. Attached are the unRAID syslog for the last time that I started it and it stopped and the docker inspect output. Thanks in advance for help. syslog.txt CloudBerry_inspect.txt
  11. @ljm42 -- Thanks for the memory tip. I updated to 3 GB and it has been running now for about a half hour without crashing. That may have solved it, at least for me. @Helmonder -- If you're using the new Appdata configuration, you'll find it at /mnt/user/Appdata/crashplan/bin/run.conf
  12. Thanks for the suggestion. Tried stopping and restarting CP --> no difference. Forced update and restarted CP --> no difference. CP appears to crash and restart about every 60 seconds. If I'm connected to webUI at the time, VNC says it lost the connection and then a few seconds later shows CP restarting.
  13. Has anyone had any issues since last night? Specifically, CrashPlan is stopping and restarting every minute or so. I am able to connect via web GUI and see the CP history showing entries starting CP 4.8.0 with the correct GUID and scanning for files. Those entries repeat about every minute, since 12:00 am today. I'm running CP 4.8.0 and Unraid 6.2.1. Thanks.
  14. Barakthecat and I have been having a problem for the last 43 days and I'm curious if anyone has had it and fixed it already. We were backing up very happily to each other for a while without trouble and now, at least it seems all of a sudden, neither can connect to the other. CrashPlan seems to be running fine in the dockers, but they both say the other person is offline. Both are upgraded to 4.4.1. Both of us can use the GUI in the CP-Desktop docker. Neither of us has changed routers or router settings, so can't think of any new firewall issues. Temporally, it seems the problem started the same time as 4.4.1 came out (and I coincidentally upgraded my workstation to Windows 10, but I can't see how that would affect CP on the unRAID server). Anyone have ideas? Thanks in advance. - TD
  15. Barakthecat, how is this still working out for you. I'm interested in setting this up with a buddy but wanted to get more details. Basically just how hard was it? Any tips / tricks? I'm assuming you need static IPs? or does crashplan.com facilitate that even in the free version? Thanks in advance. I'm the other half of Barakthecat's CP setup. Working fine (aside from my messing up his backup disk by changing the way I mounted it, but that's fixed). No static IP needed. I didn't even have to open any ports on my router's firewall.
