Hi Frank I plugged a monitor in and just got a blck screen with a "no signal" response from the monitor, I dont even think its getting to the console. I press the button and its just like switching a light on and its not going through a boot process or a close down process. Peter

Hi One of my servers is not booting just suddenly happened for the first time this evening its running 6.1.9.Pro Im not able to get to the GIU windows says it cant access server tried rebooting windows and rebooting server still the same. One of the drive LED's is out ? not sure if that means anything? Could someone give me direction form here please. Thanks Peter

If you believe that to be the cause. Please advise me what the settings should be. But I have not modified unraid in any way and as far as I am aware my router is not blocking anything. I tried to update with my virus software turned off with the same result.

Yes it does open into the text shown, but when pasted into the install plugins shows error 404

That advice was given quite early on in this problem and I changed it with absolutely no difference. And, for any sceptics reading, this all worked fine, its nothing I have done, I don't build my own servers I pay to have them built.

I am really disappointed with this, the only saving grace is I dont use any dockers at all, thank god. So there is nothing I can delete to put this right? I cant even update Unraid when the time comes.............every pluggin states no updates available.

I have only ever pressed the update button? all the drives and the unraid system operate as normal so it would indicate that somewhere in the update process the problem lies.

I will take a snap shot of my drives, but I don't think I want to re-install a triall copy particularly as this is happening on two completely different machines so the installation of unraid cant be the problem.

At the risk of to appearing be stupid, which I am not. I am not sure what you want me to do, what is DVB? the pluggins are not doing anything? I have never had problems like this so dont know what I am doing with this, I have migrated from 4.7 which of course used the floorless UnMenu.

I'm not sure what you mean, if you mean without any plugins, I have managed to up date all these before. Just not sure why it wont do it now.

I removed this some time ago and its just showing in the breakdown I think. I was hopeful that the reset of the router might sort the problem but sadly everything remains the same. It did seem to take longer to run through the update of the plugins but still failed to update anything.

I entered the google settings there was already a NO in the Auto box I ran the updates, it ran through the process of all the plugins, the Done button came up and no update available. Im not sure where we go from here, there is clearly a problem somewhere and I dont know where.

Unfortunately (or fortunately), CA deals with changing data structures from the application feed, the various authors, and LT themselves. Net result is that occasionally, a required update to CA is released in order for it to process those structures. The last couple of versions of CA actually have an auto update feature (both for itself and for other plugins) so that this kind of situation doesn't happen. Just do what Bjonness406 says and go to plugins, check for updates, then install the update for CA that will be available. Problem will be solved. Unfortunately the check for updates is not doing anything it runs through all the updates and says no updates. I have tried re-installing it too, states its not the same plugin and throws; plugin: installing: /boot/config/plugins/community.applications.plg plugin: not re-installing same plugin. Im not using the docker, if that helps, the plugins are just installed I dont use docker at this time. Or is that maybe adding to the issue?

What version of community applications is displaying under plugins tab? When you went into the apps tab, were any errors (download errors) displayed? What happens if you hit "Update Applications?" For questions with the apps tab, far better to post in the CA thread as its hit and miss if I notice a post in the forums as a whole. I do seem to recall seeing an error but cant see it now as it appears to have locked up and the blue wheel is just spinning all the time. Update CA first then Its not letting me update anything. How can I get to the latest version, on both machines its just spinning and doing nothing. Where would I insert ^^^ to avoid it in the future. When I go into GUI in 6.1.9 and select and select available Apps the wheel spins continuously and brings up nothing is anyone else experiencing similar? I wonder if there was an issue with GUI as its the same on both my machines. Also says not updates for the plugins. Anyone got any ideas what could be causing the problem. Sure there must be updates for the plugins. Peter

Thanks for your replies, I see the is an AFP tab for apple under settings networks, is there any issues created using that, which i assume is required to write to the servers from the Mac? Peter
