  1. Running latest version of Unraid - License not included. I have to many servers and need to get rid of this.

Asking $1,500 OBO PayPal or local pickup in Los Angeles / 90008

I would prefer a local pickup of course. I'm willing to ship as well but shipping cost will be extra and high due to weight. Thanks for your time and consideration.

    Specs:

    -Supermicro X10SRH-CF

    -Xeon E5-2698 v3

-Xeon E5-2630L v3 (Will include as extra)

    -64GB DDR4 RAM

    -Noctua CPU Cooler

    -2x Supermicro Silent 900w PSU

    -LSI 16i SAS Card

    -2 x 6TB WD Red

    -2 x 8TB WD Red

    -2x 10TB WD Red

    -3 x 14TB WD Red

Rails are also included for the chassis. Runs Noctua fans so it's completely silent.

Fan wall has a custom 3d printed bracket. Using 3x Supermicro silent fans

Will include any other stuff I find that I won't need anymore. I believe I have a few 10Gb cards somewhere and extra drives.

I can also help setup the shares, drives etc if you're a new Unraid user to simplify the experience.

Any questions feel free to message me here or on Discord.

    Thank you!

A bit of a terminology issue here 😒.   By definition a drive set up as a cache is a pool (even if it is a single drive pool).     You should clarify whether you were adding a second pool to be used for caching or adding another drive to the existing cache pool.

Adding a second drive to use as caching. Didn’t think it would merge them together without confirmation. I thought both would be separate mountable drives

  3. Hello
Hoping I can get some help here. My dumbass added my cache drive as cache #2 after replacing it with a ssd but I didn't back up the appdata on the original drive. So far what I have researched, it didn't format it just did some partition changes. I'm trying to follow this guide but it gives me the following error:

    mount -o rescue=all,ro /dev/sdc1 /temp
mount: /temp: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/sdc, missing codepage or helper program, or other error.
dmesg(1) may have more information after failed mount system call.

After running blkid, I can see the drive is btrfs

    /dev/sdc1: UUID="7f32ae57-0db4-4657-a8b3-5b71bce6f891" UUID_SUB="396da734-dd14-42e4-92e2-a8068c658864" BLOCK_SIZE="4096" TYPE="btrfs"

So it doesn't seem to be formatted which is a good thing. I can't mount it as RO using UD it gives me the following error

    Oct 19 22:37:59 Dusty unassigned.devices: Mounting partition 'sdc1' at mountpoint '/mnt/disks/MN1220FA022ZXD'...

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Honestly don't care if you choose to use it or not, but I tried multiple browser in both Linux and Windows and different size settings without getting any results of what you show here.

That the devices need to be scrolled to the side when viewing the "Device" tab is simply because it does -not- auto scale and uses fixed pixel size which you can configure yourself. It's not intended to be auto scaled, and it won't be either. The Dashboard is scaled by a set fraction (default divided by 10) of the regular sizes.

Make sure to not use any custom CSS or browser extensions that might change the look, or maybe an unofficial Unraid template. I don't know, I use the stock dark theme with everything running default when it comes to looks - and I can't reproduce the misalignment you are seeing here based upon the little information I have for this issue. And so far no one else complains about it, I won't even start debugging it.

Of course you are free to delete the plugin, but don't act upon like I loose a customer, because no one has to pay for this and I just use my spare time to share something that I don't even need to do. I just created this for my own purpose, and chose to share it with the community. It's even GNU GPL licensed, so you can fork it yourself and make a better version and share it, so rather do that and STFU, you have the choice.

LOL. I simply said I’ll delete it because I don’t find a use for it. Relax man

Check if you don't have any extensions installed that messes up the layout. Haven't heard about this problem before, and I tested here with both Firefox, Chrome and Vivaldi.

    Try another browser for debugging.

The sizes adjust well here for the Device tab, including the dashboard. I'm afraid I don't have a solution for you.

It's the same issue on different browsers and including my main unraid server. I'll just delete the plugin and call it a day.

What browser are you using? Not supporting anything else than Chrome and Firefox (and engines used by these). Also only support the latest Unraid stable release with the newest update of Disk Location.

The size of the drives can be specified in the configuration, the width and height of the full size per array, and the divider for the small dashboard size(s).

I’m using Chrome on the latest stable version of Unraid 6.8.3 and DiskLocation.

The size can be specified yes, but that makes no difference on the devices tab and only affects the dashboard widget.

  7. For some reason it's no longer centered? The icons inside the trays are also not aligned property. I have attached a screenshot for reference @olehj

Edit: The devices tab shows the trays oversized and the need to scroll to the right to view the rest. I added a screenshot for that also

I believe it already does, but will double check and if not will look into adding it.

He reported his issue as resolved with the last update, if you are still having an issue please let me know what version of unraid you are running and attach a screenshot so I can see what its doing.

I don't see it showing if it's either a software or hw transcode.  Here is a photo of the overlapping issue with the Disk Location plugin

  9. Any plans on adding support for HW transcoding? Like have it show when a stream is being HW transcoded.

I'm also having the same issue @Shomil Saini is having with the dashboard widget. This only occurs when using it on the left panel. If i move it to the right panel it works fine and doesn't overlap other widgets.

    @DZMM, @jrdnlc

Decided to play around with the discord notifications.

Got something working and put in a pull request.

Had to rewrite a clean up a bit of it before adding it to your script but it appears to be working as intended (reports transfer number, rate, amount,, ect). I'm sure there is room for improvement like displaying transferred file names would be awesome!

Couldn't get error reporting but didn't go digging too deep. Just scrapped that bit rather than pulling my hair out over trivial things.

Credit to no5tyle or SenPaiBox or whoever wrote it.

I had the chance to give this a try today but it looks like the script log file no log shows the progress? No it just says "Uploading using upload remote gdrive". Before I used to get percentage of each file, file name, and estimated time left.

The upload.log in the appdata folder just says "Waiting for checks to finish", "Waiting for transfers to finish", "Scheduled bandwidth change. Bandwidth limits disabled" and generates nothing else.

Right now the upload script is running but I have to idea what exactly it's uploading.

Would be also great if the discord notification would be for each file upload/progress/files left that way you don't have to go digging in the logs.

Are those the folders you want to see deleted?  They will get re-created every 10 mins.  If not, then something else is recreating your folders, or your folders aren't setup correctly as rclone deletes source folders after uploading.

No, i'm talking about the folders in /local/gdrive which in my case is /mount_upload/gdrive. I created a /media folder in /mount_mergefs/gdrive then created movies, music folders etc.

so /gdrive/media/movies/movie 1 gets uploaded and the files get deleted but not the movie 1 folder.

What do you have set for MountFolders= in the mount script and do you have it running on a cron job?  If so, it'll recreate those folders.

    Otherwise, I'm out of ideas.

The default so "MountFolders=\{"downloads/complete,downloads/intermediate,downloads/seeds,movies,tv"\} # comma separated list of folders to create within the mount" and yeah it's on a cron job. Runs every 10min

The github recommends to run it on a cron job at every 10min to make sure the mount is mounted.
