  1. Hi, My question is, is it straight forward to upgrade the motherboard and processor? I want to move everything as it is across to a better motherboard with a more powerful processor and more ram. I have a sata card that hosts some of my drives and the rest are hooked upto my current motherboard using the onboard sata sockets. Bios is set to ACHI mode. Is it as easy as plugging them all in and unraid will identify them or is it more complex? Thanks in advance
  2. Turned out to be a badly seated sata cable and the docker image become corrupted. I was able to see the SMART error on Dashboard to reveal the 'UDMA CRC error count' Googling this informed me it was likely sata / comms related. I'd backed up 1 week earlier so I managed to replace the image.
  3. Hi, I am having a problem where after clicking the check for updates for dockers. The checking just shows "checking" and doesn't stop. If I refresh the page. Some of the dockers show 'up to date' and others show 'not available'. Anyone any clue why this is? Thanks
  4. Can anyone help with my last question please? I don't want to delete the vdisk just in case I can somehow find out the previous custom networks I've used? For example would this <Network>bridge</Network> line in each of the .xml files in config/plugins/dockerMan/templates-user show if the network had been customized ? or will this just show the same as the initial install default? Thank you
  5. Many thanks for your help Is there a way to find what custom docker network names I have used if I can't run the docker image?
  6. Hi, My docker will not start. The docker image is there but shows in orange when looking in user/system/docker. It has exceeded it's 40GB suddenly on boot I think. It showed 42GB so I increased the docker image to 50GB and it immediately exceeded to 52GB. Can anyone help me please?
  7. With that I managed to fix it. The plastic tab on the ethernet cable had failed and wasn't sitting flush despite me pressing it in before posting here. It would slightly move forward in the socket. Thank you
  8. Hi, Today I'm unable to boot into unraid 7.0.1 I've taken a photo of the error if anyone can please help me fix it? Thank you in advance to any helpers.
  9. Yes the binhex vpn containers are part of what I'm trying to include. So would I need to add them to a custom docker network ? I'm sure people must have the same use case for linking the likes of radaar. Sonaar, prowlarr etc. Some I have behind a vpn some i would prefer to be behind a vpn, but never got them to communicate. How do people make it so that ALL choosen containers can talk to each other locally despite vpn containers are secured up to the Internet?
  10. So I just put them all on the same custom network and all should work? Nothing more to do as far as config and vpn config in the dockers with vpn support built in will be unaffected does anyone know?
  11. Hi, I have various dockers which connect to the net using a vpn. these are the vpn containers connecting to the likes of private internet access and other similar services. I tend to find those dockers can't communicate with each other locally. What is the best way to make this work? If I make a custom dockers network and put all the dockers that need to communicate with each other and that use vpns and there is the odd 1 or 2 that don't need vpn, onto this custom network. Can I get all these to communicate without breaking the docker functions ?
