  1. Is there any way to implement dark mode? I see that there are some .css around the web but am not entirely sure how to begin since we run in docker. Anyone played around with it?
  2. Did you ever find out a solution to this? I have a Windows 2016 VM causing Unraid to lock up at 3am every morning. I'm on version 6.6.6
  3. Looks like it might have been one of my SSD's failing. After I stopped the array and took a look at my drive list I no longer saw 1 of my SSD's in my cache.
  4. It seems to be related to my 2 ssd btrfs cache. I'm going to scrub it and see where that gets me.
  5. I'm getting this error as well.
  6. A little background. I have an unraid server with 12 drives. 4 SSD cache and 8 spinning disks. Out of those 8 I had 6 5TB drives and 2 3TB drives. When Best Buy had their sale on 8th EasyStores I bought 2. I shucked them, powered down the array and installed them. I created a new array config because I decided I only wanted 1 parity instead of 2 which I had previously. I installed the 2 8TB drives in where the 2 3TB drives were. I now had 2 3TB drives that were useless but still had data on them. I took one of them and plugged it into my external dock in Windows 10. Then this is where I did the dumb shit I stated above. I couldn't simply let the array rebuild because I went with a totally new config. I know I should have used Unbalance to move the data from the 3TB drives to the other drives but I was excited and missed a crucial step.
  7. I'm giving this a shot right now. Thanks for the tip. Lets hope it works.
  8. Hello Everyone, I made a dumb mistake last week when I was putting in my new 8TB Reds. I took one of my 3TB xfs formatted drives and plugged it into Windows 10 and initialized it in Disk Management. The drive did not format it was just initialized. Windows still does not see the drive except for in disk management. When I plug the drive back into Unraid it recognizes but I cant mount it while using the Unassigned Devices plug in. If any of you guys have an idea on how I can get data off this drive I would be grateful. Thanks!

    Turbo write

Would there be any reason why turning Reconstruct Write on it keeps my Plex container from starting? If I turn it back to auto Plex will start right up. Very strange and it happens with every Plex author on the Apps section.
  10. I'm having this exact issue! It seemed to start happening when I use these settings: Tunable (md_write_method): reconstruct write Tunable (enable Direct IO): Yes Not sure if this has anything to do with it. ____________________________________________________________________________________________ This is the log of things I'm seeing: [s6-init] making user provided files available at /var/run/s6/etc...exited 0.[s6-init] ensuring user provided files have correct perms...exited 0.[fix-attrs.d] applying ownership & permissions fixes...[fix-attrs.d] done.[cont-init.d] executing container initialization scripts...[cont-init.d] 10-adduser: executing...-------------------------------------_ _ _| |___| (_) ___| / __| | |/ _ \| \__ \ | | (_) ||_|___/ |_|\___/|_|Brought to you by linuxserver.ioWe gratefully accept donations at:https://www.linuxserver.io/donations/-------------------------------------GID/UID-------------------------------------User uid: 99User gid: 100-------------------------------------[cont-init.d] 10-adduser: exited 0.[cont-init.d] 30-dbus: executing...[cont-init.d] 30-dbus: exited 0.[cont-init.d] 40-chown-files: executing...[cont-init.d] 40-chown-files: exited 0.[cont-init.d] 50-plex-update: executing...###################################################### Login via the webui at http://<ip>:32400/web ## and restart the docker, because there was no ## preference file found, possibly first startup. ######################################################[cont-init.d] 50-plex-update: exited 0.[cont-init.d] done.[services.d] starting servicesStarting Plex Media Server.Starting dbus-daemon[services.d] done.dbus[265]: [system] org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.AccessDenied: Failed to set fd limit to 65536: Operation not permittedStarting Plex Media Server.Starting Avahi daemonFound user 'avahi' (UID 106) and group 'avahi' (GID 107).Successfully dropped root privileges.avahi-daemon 0.6.32-rc starting up.No service file found in /etc/avahi/services.socket() failed: Address family not supported by protocolFailed to create IPv6 socket, proceeding in IPv4 only modesocket() failed: Address family not supported by protocolJoining mDNS multicast group on interface eth0.IPv4 with address 172.17.0.3.New relevant interface eth0.IPv4 for mDNS.Network interface enumeration completed.Registering new address record for 172.17.0.3 on eth0.IPv4.Server startup complete. 11. Last night I installed a fresh copy of Unraid and installed LinuxServer's Plex container off my regular 1gig connection and was able to access the WebGUI. Once I put a static IP on my 10G network it broke the connection the Plex WebGUI and I was no longer able to access it. I have disabled the 10G connection and I'm still not able to access it. Any help would be great as this is an ongoing problem for me.
  12. Out of interest, is it only our version of Plex? Surprisingly no. I've tried needo, limetechs, and binhex. All the same issue. I have a feeling my new 10gig connection is the culprit.
  13. It seems like it will pull the image but not completely install it because after I pull it if I open another tab the container will show up but when I open the webui that's when I get the cannot load this page. So far it only does it on PlexMediaServer containers. Nothing else. Plexpy, grafana, glances, plexrequests, beets, nextcloud. They all work
  14. I have deleted everything via ftp using filezilla. Nothing is working. I tried to install Plex on our Unraid box at work and it's doing the same thing. This is nuts. 15. Nothing wrong in the log as far as I see. What are you doing to access the webgui? You seem to run two different local networks. Did you try both the 192 and 10 range? The 192 network is my regular network that all my vm's and docker containers use and the 10 network is my 10Gb direct network. I have tried both ranges. When I install the container this is all I get. It's like it never fully pulls the image and doesn't install it correctly. Could you check if your docker.img is full? Should say the used size in settings > Docker. It's definitely not full. Just to make sure I deleted all of the docker images and containers and disabled it in the unraid docker settings. I enable it again and try to download plex and just get stuck here... Pulling image: linuxserver/plex:latest IMAGE ID [latest]: Pulling from linuxserver/plex. 18. I was using the cache for my Lightroom catalog and pictures. I have since changed that. I also enabled direct io in the global share settings.
  19. I'm having the same issue with nothing working. Can't get to the webgui and I have deleted the entire container and used FTP to completely delete the folder structure inside /mnt/user/plex. Not sure where to go from here.
  20. Bit the bullet and will change the way I use the cache so i threw in 2 more SSD's and put them in a raid 0 btrfs. Full 10GB constantly. Feels good man.
  21. Lots of help! I'm relatively new to Unraid and I did not know that it didn't strip data across multiple disks. I'm going to rethink my cache issue. Don't know if I want to chance not having a parity drive.
  22. Hey Guys, I just got 2 Mellonex Connectx-2 10gig adapters and a DAC to connect my new main rig to my server. My main rig is a 6700k, 512 m.2 SSD, 32GB DDR4. My server is an E3-1225-V3, 32GB DDR3 with the following drive layout. My main issue is that when I start a transfer from my main rig to the server it will saturate the 10gig connection for about the first 5GB of data. I understand it's more than likely writing the file to the ram cache that unraid uses. Once I pass that 5GB mark it slows to a literal crawl. We're talking about 30-60MB/s. I'm not using the cache for this share that i'm writing to and that's not really an option for me since I use the cache for other things. I also get really slow transfer speeds when going from my server to my main rig, 50-80MB/s. I have set all of the driver setting I should have based on this YouTube video I'm wondering if the dual parity is the issue i'm running into because having 8 disks should have better speeds than this. Thanks!
