  1. I'm glad I'm not the only one that emailed them.
  2. I'm also on a monthly plan, so I have until early November. I am actually beyond frustrated as I just started using CrashPlan in April and it took over a month to upload all my data. I will probably be moving away from CrashPlan unless the Pro docker becomes available soon. My backup plan is to switch to Duplicati and various external HDDs that I rotate between my home and Office.
  3. @SlrG That is what I figured. Before I opened the port I ensured the username/password is not some generic thing. I setup the FTP server w/ port forwarding since sometimes I transfer stuff to home from work or one of my volunteer gigs and can't use my VPN to get access. Thanks for the port tip. I did not think of that, thanks again! Any explanation why you choose something over 49151? Disregard, a quick google says that 0-49151 are system, user, or registered ports while beyond 4915 are dynamic or private ports.
  4. Thank you for this addin! Got myself up and running pretty quickly! Although I checked the unraid log and saw something I am unsure what to think of it. Any comments? Thanks guys! 5. It seems as though the issues I experienced while trying to preclear a 4tb WD Red drive do not really jive up with what others experience. Most people say the page won't load and stops responding, when mine seemed to freeze up during the post-read phase the page worked fine, it sat there at 83% done with post-read for 24 hours until I canceled it. I ended up just skipping the post read when I ran it two more times. Everything seems to be functioning normally and the SMART reports look good.
  6. Looks like this is the most appropriate place to post my issue. When I originally searched for my issue I found this post below and replied. I have three drives I am trying to preclear. All WD Red drives, one 1tb and two 4tb. I ran two cycles on the 1tb without any problems. I cannot get either of the 4tb to successfully preclear. They seem to stop with the percent complete or time elapsed to just stop. It seemed to only happen during pot read but after canceling and rebooting my microserver and trying it again it has stopped during the zeroing step at 98% but the log looks just like my screenshot in the post thread. The other thing I noticed is that on the dashboard it shows the status of all drives as precleared but only the 1tb one will let me look at the results. When it does stop I also notice some pretty crazy CPU utilization on the dashboard. The hard drive activity led also stops flashing when it does seem to freeze up. Usually one or two threads maxing out at 100% and staying there. I have a Gen8 HP MicroServer running the latest version of unraid and the preclear plugin. Thanks in advance. I was really hoping to have this thing up and running by Friday....I have been trying to preclear since I got my drives Tuesday.
