  1. Anyone? Is there a command to get the web UI working again?
  2. It is very tight where the server is and may require me powering down the server and pull the server out of the server cabinet. May I know the reason on changing the interface? The eth4 is the 10GbE. The eth0 is the onboard 1GbE. There is a network connectivity. I can SSH to the server, but there is no web UI. I have been using the eth4 for a very long time now and never gotten a problem with it. I tried to nmap the server and I see the ports 80 and 443 are open.
  3. I usually would login to the web UI to enter the key. However, at this point, there is no web UI. About the upgrade, I can't upgrade at all. Since 2018, I have been trying to upgrade to anything above my version and my system either will crash or freeze. I tried a fresh install and got the same results. I tested this on two different motherboards - one from ASRock 2758 and Supermicro C2758. At this point, I am more concern of my data. The disks are encrypted, but I can't access the web UI to decrypt the disks. I don't know how the Unraid mounting the disks. I checked the /etc/fstab and the disks aren't there.
  4. Just to the LetsEncrypt/SWAG container by Linuxserver.io. bgdunraid-diagnostics-20210423-0917.zip
  5. My Unraid server just went blank on me. I could not access the web UI, but can still SSH in. When I SSH'd to my Unraid server, the only directory that I have under the /mnt are Recyclebin and disks. I found my some directory in Recyclebin Disk Unassigned User Shares Flash -> /boot/.Recycle.Bin Did someone delete my directories? What can I do at this point?
  6. would I need the 6.5.3 zip or can I restore just the backup that I have using the USB tool?
  7. What would be my options at this point?
  8. I tried that at first, but it didn't boot. I formatted the drive in fat32 with label UNRAID and copied the contents of the backup zip to the flashdrive, it is still not booting. I tried to execute the make_bootable_linux and got the screenshot above.
  9. Hi, I messed up my Unraid 6.5.3 box by upgrading it to the latest stable. I managed to download the flashdrive backup, but need to restore it. I'm on Ubuntu and I believe to restore I would need the 6.5.3 zip. I could not find the 6.5.3 download link. Thanks EDIT: I tried to unzip the backup and tried to use the make_bootable_linux that it has. The screenshot attached is what I am getting after issuing the sudo bash.
  10. Is that the "occ file: scan"? Would I have to re create the users manually after running the command? Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  11. I'm not getting any luck on upgrading. If I were to install a new nextcloud with new appdata, would the new installation see the existing user /data? How is the user mapping like with the fresh install of nextcloud 16? Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  12. Has anyone have issue accessing the web UI? My container's repository is linuxserver/unifi-controller:LTS EDIT: This is what I am getting UniFi Controller is starting up... Please wait a moment
  13. Yes, all I found was database related. Yes, I restarted the container. This is not related to Unraid being version 6.5.3, right?
  14. I typo'd the 14.0.19. It is supposed to be 14.0.0.19 after the upgrade
  15. I tried 14.0.0 somehow after upgrading I checked the config.php it says 14.0.19. I will try the other 14.0 version. For what I read here so far, I was getting impression that everyone who upgraded uses the latest-* instead of nextcloud-*
  16. Did not work. I can only get my version up to 13.0.12
  17. Are they called nextcloud-14? Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  18. Upgrading to the latest-13 worked, but I get the Internal server error again after upgrading to latest-14
  19. I am currently at my rollback settings. Let me see if I understand your instruction. I need to upgrade to the latest-13 then to latest-14 and so on, am I right? Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  20. I tried that as well, but I when I checked the version in the UI, it showed the version is still 13.0.1. This was from the fresh install with the old apppdata. I'm confused about the fresh install. I thought that the fresh install on nextcloud supposed to be version 16, but mine shows 13.0.1. Should I delete the appdata as well and literally do start from the beginning? Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  21. I have the nextcloud set to port 444. The CLI upgrade gave no error. The Internal server error that I get is when I login to nextcloud. It let me enter my credentials, but the next page was the internal server error. Did some googling, but it seemed like something to do with permission. I chown -R nobody:users the nextcloud folder, but didn't helped. Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  22. I followed the guide, but my issue was I having right after I install the lastest-14, I was getting Internal Server Error. Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
  23. It was said here that the existing installation of nextcloud was most likely version 13.0.1, which is what I have, but the brand new installation is based off the latest version. I wonder if would it be easier to start from scratch just the nextcloud and connect it to existing mariadb than upgrading? What about the existing user data? Would the new installation see them?
  24. Yes, I tried updating through cli then UI with the same error. About the backup, I extracted the nextcloud folder from the CA backup last week and chown nobody:users the backup nextcloud folder. The config.php says version 13.0.1.1 and the ./occ says version 13.0.1 Sent from my ONEPLUS A6003 using Tapatalk
