unRAID does not work with raid cards, only hba cards or raid cards flashed to it mode.

You could try apps tab then install Libvirt Hotplug USB which will then show up under the vms tab

Passthrough a usb drive

Yes you should have had your flash drive backed up, especially since it is so easy. MainTab>Flash - FLASH BACKUP
Since you overwrote your flash drive with no backup then you will have to start fresh. Use unRAID tool to create flash drive.
Atleast you have a screenshot of your disk assignments to reassign them.

What was your cache pool raid1, raid0, etc.? Did you have your cache backed up? What kind of drives are you using for cache and how are they connected? Could be a bad cable or drive failure.

In screenshot cache 2 has smart error

I did all that and didn't fix my issue. I'm running a pfsense vm so that may be my issue. Thanks for the reply

Don't know what that would have to do with it but I am also running a pfsense vm.

did you ever find a solution? this problem just started for me. its like docker service starts before the system gets ip address assigned and can't start br0,br1, or any bridge what so ever.
I had to rebuild the docker network stack:
rm /var/lib/docker/network/files/local-kv.db
/etc/rc.d/rc.docker restart
but then on reboot br0 would be gone again so I then deleted my docker image:
Settings>Docker - Advanced View - Enable Docker: No - Delete The Image File Check Box - Apply - Enable The Service - Apply
Followed By
Apps Tab, Previous Apps Section - Check off all your previously installed apps and install them via the button.
So far this has fixed it for me on reboots.

Ok I have a better understanding of how parity works now after reading:

If the rebuild was error free then parity should be correct so I would think that non-correcting was better!
Ok now I am a bit confused. He did a pre parity check and if there was no errors then parity is correct. He rebuilds the drive and if there are no errors then parity is correct. So then if he does a non correcting parity check and there is errors why would that be a bad rebuild when it reported no errors when completed plus previous parity check was correct. Are you saying during rebuiild it also rebuilds/replaces the parity? If he did a correcting parity check and there were errors wouldn't it just fix them rather than rebuilding the drive again?

When the parity data rebuild finishes on the new drive you should be good but if for your peace of mind you wanted to run another parity sync then I would check the box write corrections to parity.
