Just not sure how to fix the problem with Plugins and Docker as not available for updates though.

Just in case I've disabled all undervolting, XMP etc from the bios just to keep it bone stock for now and see if something like that is the cause.

Still getting Kernel panics so have a feeling that its something hardware related or maybe BIOS so going to try and update the BIOS to see if that helps.

After stopping Docker and VM Services my UI and SSH becomes unresponsive again like before so possibly related to that and not the Array stopping. I rebooted twice and now it seems to have stopped the array okay without becoming unresponsive . Not sure why it's a bit random but I'll give it a go at upgrading the disk now. I guess if it becomes unresponsive when doing that I should just put the old disk back in. tower-diagnostics-20250506-1954.zip

Yes, rebooted a few times. If I boot in safe mode then the Array is stopped at boot but if I start it the system crashes again.

Issues Stopping Array — Web UI + SSH Freeze, Kernel Panic on Reboot, Docker/Plugins Unavailable
Hi, I’m trying to upgrade one of the disks in my Unraid array. Here’s what I’ve been doing and encountering: I stop all VMs and then stop Docker before attempting to stop the array. However, when I click Stop Array, the Web UI becomes unresponsive, and SSH drops completely. Console access via HDMI still works; I can log in locally and restart services like NGINX, but this does not restore the Web UI or SSH. Attempting a reboot from the console results in a kernel panic. The only way to recover is a hard reboot. Additionally, I’m also seeing a separate issue where Docker containers and plugins show up as “not available” or missing in the UI. I’ve attached diagnostics for review. Many thanks in advance for any help or guidance! tower-diagnostics-20250505-1534.zip

[Support] SpaceinvaderOne - Macinabox
I am able to install BigSur with the latest docker image. I’m sure I installed Monterey before as I just deleted that disk to start fresh again but when trying any OS newer than BigSur I am unable to boot to the recovery as just get the generic your mac has ran into a problem error and to restart.

Array stopping after swapping out failing disks
Sadly it crashed again today but it has lasted longer. Have to restart the NAS and then on boot array not started. Might have to just get the premium support booked in.

Array stopping after swapping out failing disks
Seems okay now! I do recall having this issue before. Would be good if Fix Common Problems picked up on that.

Many thanks I'll double check again. This could have turned off when I've swapped RAM around etc
