  1. I run Unraid on two Intel NUCs. Both use the onboard Intel NIC and one has a Realtek RT-8123 USB to gigabit ethernet dongle. The Intel NIC always works and up until 6.9release25 the USB dongle worked. Both versions 29 and 30 fail with a call trace followed by: "r8152 2-3.3:1.0: couldn't register the device" I realize that with the kernel change and Realtek not being good at keeping up, there is likely an issue with the driver. I have tried two different USB dongles (RT-8152 and RT-8153). I wish I could find one that wasn't a Realtek chipset, but I haven't had any luck in that regard. I have attached the diagnostics for it working under release 25 and for it not working under release 30. Diagnostics-6.9release25-working.zip Diagnostics-6.9release30-not-working.zip
  2. I apologize if this is noted somewhere in the 116 pages of notes, but I couldn't get my SMB shares to work and found that I had to change my complex SMB password. It originally contained a comma (as the special character), which was causing the issue. Removing the comma to another special character resolved the failure. Thanks for the great work! I've been using it for years. I recently decided to move from NFS to SMB shares from my Synology and this issue took some trail and error to resolve.
  3. Looks like they fixed it and things are working again.
  4. It looks like it is related to this outage at D.O. You can monitor the status here: https://status.digitalocean.com/incidents/8sk3mbgp6jgl
  5. I just upgraded from 18f to the 6.4.0 release. Everything is fine except I have a third ethernet interface that is a USB dongle that worked fine up until the released version. Here is snapshot from the diagnostics logs under /boot/logs/ when it was working and the current logs where it fails to load: From December when it was working kernel: usb 2-4: reset SuperSpeed USB device number 4 using xhci_hcd kernel: r8152 2-4:1.0 eth0: v1.09.9 kernel: usbcore: registered new interface driver r8152 ________________________________________________ Current logs (this is from a few places throughout) usb 2-4: Device not responding to setup address. usb 2-4: Device not responding to setup address. usb 2-4: device not accepting address 4, error -71 usb 2-4: Device not responding to setup address. usb 2-4: Device not responding to setup address. usb 2-4: device not accepting address 8, error -71 usb 2-4: Device not responding to setup address. usb 2-4: Device not responding to setup address. usb 2-4: device not accepting address 9, error -71 usb usb2-port4: unable to enumerate USB device It worked fine previously and another usb ethernet interface (different vendor) is working under the previous and current config. I am using the LibreELEC Kernel 6.4.0. Thanks
