  1. Hello, I would like to suggest to add third-party service independent webhooks as an additional notification method for Unraid. Basic auth on those webhooks it's a plus. Thanks
  2. Am i the only one having big memory leak issues since the last update of jackett container?
  3. My setup: Zotac GT710 1GB in primary slot, my only gpu in this system Asus X99-WS/IPMI (no onboard video) I'm trying to pass this GT710 to a Win10 vm. IOMMU looks perfect on this motherboard, i have an isolated group with only my gpu and its audio (which i'm passing too). I dumped the bios and edited its header, but i get black screen on vm startup and the dreaded error 43 (the os boots fine, i can see everything else working through a Remote Desktop session). I tried both Hyper-V on and off and i tried a techpowerup vios too. I read something about the GPU not dumping correctly its vbios (or kvm unable to use a different vbios, can't remember which) if the card is plugged in the primary slot. Could someone give some clarification on that? Do you think i have no chance in passing this GPU with the right vbios without using a second card? Right now i'm saving money for a proper gaming gpu and i will try to pass that once i have two cards to experiment with, but i would really like to have my vm up and running with a single gpu in the meanwhile. Thank you very much for your efforts, i do really like the idea of keeping this vbios list.
  4. Hello everybody, i'm lurking this forum from november and this is actually my first post here. I'm far from being fluent in english so please be kind. I will be building a new pc as a workstation/home server in a couple of months, abandoning my current setup (old laptop), and i'm planning to use unraid on the new machine. The usual workload would be: -Running a couple VMs (no more than 4 active at a given time), both linux and windows based -Providing some services 24/7 to my home network through dockers, the most intensive one would be media streaming i suppose -Production workload inside the VMs, mostly Unreal Engine, compiling code, and some cpu-intensive rendering on various photogrammetry software (core count > core clock here) -VM testing just because i would like to learn more about VMs =) -Gaming from time to time (1080p 75 fps monitor, nothing fancy here) Nice-to-have features would be: -Some kind of refined remote management (IPMI?) because from time to time i will be far from my pc location for a couple of weeks -Pcie expandability -Easy USB controller passthrough to the windows VM -Decent power efficiency -Decent thermals (it will sit on my desk and i like silence) Stuff i do not really care about: -Micro-managing and tuning the overclock just to gain small margins -Waiting a couple of months for a better deal on the hardware -Aesthetics -Using second hand hardware I need an advice for the CPU + Mobo combo. Right now my budget for CPU + Mobo is around 450€/550$ (i live in Europe). I would like this combo to last me 3-5 years while having good performance for my workload. These are the options i came up right now that (in my maybe not-well-informed opinon) checks all those boxes: 1) Ryzen 1700 on Asus X370-PRO 2) Slightly used (basically new) ASUS X99-WP/IPMI (i can obtain this for 250$) and then some used Xeon E5-26xx v3 with core count 8 or more (i do not mind buying ES samples as long they are compatible) 3) Wait a couple of months until Ryzen+ release and hopefully a better variety of motherboards along with that, crossing my fingers for a X470 motherboard with more Workstation-like features I honestly don't know if i'm being too unrealistic with my requirements/budget, i hope this fantastic community can walk me through this. Thank you very much
