  1. so, whatelse could it possible be if server continues to run with all dockers (besides plex) and all plugins disabled? Have you checked the logs to see anything? I checked myself and I can't spot anything out of the ordinary.. Server does seem rock solid so far.. Usually it would reboot around 8-12 hours of uptime but mostly random. Im actually hoping it does reboot so i can assume its the PSU because of it doesnt im even more lost.
  2. Server has not rebooted yet going on two days! The only thing I have running is Plex so we can use it internally. Besides that everything else is disabled. I won’t say it’s good yet until Saturday because if I make it another day without a reboot that hasn’t happened in a long time. But if it continues to stay up it sounds like it’s a potential plugin or container issue causing the reboots? I’m not using many containers nothing random or out of the ordinary. What do the logs say?
  3. I ended up having to build a Debian VM and installing it there. That is the officially supported method and it worked right away. Apparently the unRAID version isn’t supported.
  4. Yea i am starting to think I should have replaced that first🤣I needed an upgraded server anyways! Even though it was purchased new. I know it is a symptom of it.. I'm in safe mode now, lets see what happens.. Thanks!
  5. I've replaced all hardware besides the PSU. Literally everything, including all cables.. What hardware problem can it possibly be? It must be the PSU then as I know a failing one can cause reboots and that's the only thing I haven't replaced.. Logs havent told me much but there may be other things you guys can see. Let me try the safe mode and see what happens.. Thats a good test..
  6. Hello All, Hopefully i can get some direction here. I have been experiencing constant, daily reboots, pretty much every 24hrs and sometimes twice a day. Its at random times but consistently at least once a day. It's been going on for quite a long time now. It seems ever since updating from like 4 versions ago of unRAID it started.. Don't remember the exact version when it started.. My server was rock solid, with all the old hardware. At one point i had almost a 4 month uptime.. Then the reboots started and i slowly started replacing parts. I have pretty much built an entirely new server replacing each part at a time to see if it would fix the issue and its still occurring! Its driving me absolutely crazy! Please see attached diagnostics and syslog. Here is everything I have done.. And mind you, everything i have done, i have let it run before replacing the next part waiting for a random reboot. The New RAM actually made the server stay up for about 3 days before a reboot. Now I'm back to daily reboots. Currently on 16.12.10 New CPU (no overclocking) New Motherboard (latest BIOS) New RAM (no overclocking) New NIC - I run 10gb SFP+ New DAC Cables Tried various switch ports, different switches Tried the 1GB Ethernet Port New NVME Cache Drive Replaced Multiple USB Sticks Used Multiple USB Ports I'm using IPVLAN I have no Temp issues, all fans work, everything is clean Turned off all external backups Disabled all docker containers Literally i have done pretty much everything. The only part that hasn't been replaced at this point is my PSU and all my HDD are about 5 years old but no errors or issues with those.. The PSU was purchased new, it is an EVGA 850w modular PSU.. Its a few years old.. Its possible that is my issue. I am planning to replace that soon. Desperately looking for some advice.. Thank you! syslog-192.168.1.10.log mdronet-unraid1-diagnostics-20240626-0849.zip
  7. This is the fix for this issue it seems..
  8. What you see in the screenshot is not how the actual mounts are setup. Plex works fine prior to updating the OS so the issue is something with the Plex container and unRAID 6.12.7-rc2. On 6.12.6 the Plex container is using the latest update and this issue doesn’t happen. Not sure where the bug is but it seems to think the mounts are using : but if you look at them they are how they are supposed to be.
  9. Help! Updated Plex, it Orphaned the Image. Trying to add the container back and this is happening. Seems something is broken with the latest? EDIT: Well, it appears the issue is related to unraid Version 6.12.7-rc2 I downgraded, now the plex container works.. Looks like the latest Plex update doesnt play nicely with it.
  10. I’m curious, is there a known bug with LACP in 12.6? It seems like since disabling that my server is stable again. I’ve never had issues prior with LACP.
  11. Thanks. My bonded interface. Will troubleshoot from there.
  12. the server has 2 dual port 10gb NICs as it was used at one point as an iscsi datastore for ESXi into a Zfs pool basically had its own iscsi network isolated for that purpose. It ran like that without any issues and worked great. I believe the server is just rebooting. Not hanging or technically crashing. Can you tell which NIC it may be? Could a bad DAC cable also cause this?
  13. I got an alert around 1:12am that the server had an unlcean shutdown.. Looks like we are back to the "within 24hrs" rebooting schedule. That is usually the normal. When i made this post it was rebooting every 20m or less non stop.. Please see attached syslog that was saved to the syslog server.. Thanks! syslog-192.168.1.10.log
  14. Ok, i cleared the log, will wait for a reboot so we don't have a lot of old information. So far server has been up for 5 hours.. I have Zabbix monitoring everything so ill get alerted right away when the server restarts. Will post the time it happens and provide the syslog along with it.. appreciate the help.
  15. I do have syslog enabled. And it is copying the file to disk. I figured if that was set running diagnostics would pull that file. But good to know it doesn’t. How would you like me to provide the syslog file from the one that is saved? Is there a specific method? I do not have the mirror to flash option enabled. Just a local syslog directory that the file is stored. Will that suffice?
  16. Hello, Having issues with my server.. Server has been stable for quite awhile (its all mostly new hardware within the year) then all of a sudden I started getting random, daily reboots, usually every 24hrs. Now today it has been happening almost every 20 minutes.. Its driving me crazy.. Usually when I run stable for awhile then start seeing reboots I replace the USB drive. This has already been done and i'm still having the same issues. I'm also already set on IPVLAN v 6.12.6 Here are the things ive done Checked File System Installed brand new USB thumb drive Ram Memtest Double Checked IPVLAN Went through the logs myself the best I could. I do some suspicious things maybe related to the NICs but I am not sure. This is all 10gb SFP+ multiple 10gb NICs Again, this current configuration has run just fine. So i am not sure what has all of a sudden started happening. Attached is the diagnostic logs.. Looking for any direction Thank you! mdronet-unraid1-diagnostics-20231230-2055.zip
  17. Is there a way to backup VM's to a Remote Share that's mapped on the servers with the VM plugin? I am not seeing how i can backup VMs to any other locations then what is shown.
  18. Does anyone have Forge working with this Container? I can't get any version of Forget to actually stay running.. It crashes within 30 seconds.. Regular MC works fine.. any ideas?
  19. anyone have issues setting up a minecraft java server? I keep getting connection refused no matter what. It's driving me crazy. Everything appears to be setup properly. If i use another docker container with just a backend minecraft server i can connect to that server using the same exact settings i am using in AMP with zero issues.. If i then remove that server, then try to set it up in AMP i cannot connect.. So i know its not something simple like a firewall problem.. Any advice on whatelse to check? I've spent hours trying to figure this out.

Same issue here.. Random disconnects from the network. Rebooting is the only thing that brings the server back online. Not sure if this is the cause or not. It's about the only thing I am seeing in syslog. Then it may last for 6-12 hours then disconnect again.

Still broken, do we have any update as to why this is occuring? Thanks
  22. Dro replied to coppit's topic in Plugin Support
I just performed this step. Deleted the .txz, rebooted, the .txz did NOT comeback.. This is on 6.10 rc3 now.. Latest update... Only way the .txz is coming back is if I go into apps, search for SNMP, Install.. Then it shows up again and my SNMP works..
  23. Dro replied to coppit's topic in Plugin Support
For me the issue is not that it won’t install. I have zero issues installing it. It’s just that when I reboot the server the SNMP app is no longer present. I know this because zabbix throws an alert about “no snmp data collection” I go to check and sure enough snmp is missing. I reinstall it, everything comes right back up and I’m good to go. If I reboot again, same issue. Rinse, repeat. I’m getting no errors on anything that I’m aware of. I’m on the latest RC Im glad to do any kind of testing or log gathering. Let me know what kind of information is needed. Thanks

Yep, same. I just reinstall it everytime I need to reboot. Oh well. I use snmp for zabbix. So if I forget it at least reminds me of no snmp data.

Same issue here i reboot and poof, gone.. I gather from this, delete snmp folder, reinstall, issue is fixed?
