  1. NightOps's post in Required to change USB port unRAID uses for each update was marked as the answer   
    Updated to latest BIOS.. no luck.  Tried an old Windows trick... disabled Fast Boot.. go figure.  I've been able to reboot directly 3 times now, without any issues.  YAY!
