  1. I use the plugin called Create stereo audio stream from surround sound in Josh.5 repo. Current version 0.0.3 All you do is set an output audio codec and it does the rest.
  2. Hmm thought these were resolved I set the smart controller to ATA and set the poll time to 3600 seconds. More faults though. Different faults this time. 3. Current diag logs with segfault errors. I am in safe mode. Only thing running right now is a parity check weeb-central-diagnostics-20230516-1847.zip
  4. That is indeed good news. I'm still seeing errors after my exchange. So still poking at it all.
  5. Update. I got new motherboard, new cpu, new ram, new raid card. Still getting smartctl segfaults errors while using safe mode.
  6. I am having this exact same issue. SMARTCTL faults constantly then a crash. I do not have the disk location plugin. I did not thing to check the other logs really. I was so focused on the syslog. I went from AMD 3900x to an intel 12700k platform. I am in the same boat as you. I am exchanging my mobo and cpu Monday to microcenter. Good news after speaking with them over text they have stated that they will take the cpu and motherboard even without a box. ***Edit*** Just to add. I am on unraid 6.12.0-rc5 I have rolled back to RC2 as well to check as on the 3900x platform I did not have issues and same problem. I have also reinstalled unraid as a trail version on a new flash drive to test and errors still occur with version 6.11.5
  7. I moved everything back to the old hardware and I just got another segfault. Since it is on SmartCTL this makes it seem like it would be one of the HBA cards. Any thoughts? I am assume SmartCTL has something to do with the smart checks on the HDD's
  8. I want to update things as they sit right now. I took the motherboard out, removed all cables, removed ram, removed cpu, removed pcie cards. reseated cpu reseated ram reseated power cables reseated HBA cards reset bios again(Even though there were currently no changes all stock) At this moment the server has booted for the first time I had 0 errors. I am letting everything run and will keep monitoring. Fingers crossed. just had a few segfaults: May 12 17:37:06 Weeb-Central kernel: smartctl[26804]: segfault at 0 ip 0000000000000000 sp 00007ffe308ded48 error 14 in smartctl[400000+4000] likely on CPU 0 (core 0, socket 0) May 12 17:37:06 Weeb-Central kernel: Code: Unable to access opcode bytes at 0xffffffffffffffd6. 10. More segfaults I'm also now seeing drives dropping from the array. Right now it is sdm and sdh which I don't care about too much they are Ina seperate pool. Those drives are fine and shouldn't be dropping.
  11. With Xmp off the memory test completed all 4 passes with 0 errors just a few moments ago. Started server back up. The moment it started the array I see a segfault. Everytime started so I guess it is a wait and see
  12. Memtest has started. I realize unraid's version does not work on uefi so had to download from site but no problem there. I went ahead and unplugged the 4 sticks of ram and replaced them in. So let's see what this says. Decided to enable xmp again as well as I would rather be running at 3600 if I can.
  13. That was my next thought. I won't be home til late tonight but I will run once I get back from work. Let it run through the night and see what happens.
  14. I installed new hardware just yesterday on the server. I was running a 3900x amd cpu with a 2060. New hardware is now a 12700k without the gpu using the igpu. I am using the same 3600 corsair ram modules that I was in the old motherboard. I am having issues with the server kernal panicing randomly and is unsure on what to do about it at the moment. I am not sure if it is something with the hybrid nature of the 12700k or if I set something up incorrectly. Any assistance would be helpful. The latest crash was at 1:01am EST. Syslog attached. As a note I am seeing messages of segfaults perdiodically in the log as well. No overclocking of the cpu is enabled. I did have XMP enabled for the ram but I have disabled that and still seeing issues. I have also attached a full list of plugins I have enabled incase one of those is the issue. Unraid Version: 6.12.0-rc5 syslog
  15. I am having the same issue with being unable to activate the Flash backup. Currently showing not activated but refuses to turn on. I see the message you asked someone to provide the gitflash file. When I run the command above to retrieve it I am shown that the file does not exist. error message: cp: cannot stat '/var/log/gitflash': No such file or directory
